Buggy app at best
Very disappointed that such an expensive piece of technology can be flawed by such a terrible app. Sometimes the dashcam records nothing (black screen) and unless you are regularly checking it, you won’t know.
The app needs an IT degree to operate and connect and that’s if you can even connect it. Constantly states that the app isn’t connected to wifi when it clearly is and you can’t trouble shoot past that.

No longer saves to phone
Before, the videos used to download straight to phone. Since the last update they download to the app with no way to move them across to phone storage. Kind of defeats the purpose if the only way we can save the videos to our phones is by screen recording. Sound seems to not play from downloaded videos (even if saved with audio) within the app either. Please return it to how it was. Will update rating if this is fixed.

Drop out app
The app continually drops connection and certainly has problem in playback on an iPhone. I have the latest iOS installed. It would be better to use the phone camera mounted on the windshield. Where’s the next update? Web tutorial videos and pdfs lack proper user demos. Pathetic.

Have to connect each time I get back in the car. So it doesn’t store anything. So what’s the point?

Time is not synchronised with iPhone.
Time cannot adjust.
Device not connected to wifi
Just spent 80k on a car to have the fx2 added by the dealer and the app is rubbish, have to connect manually everyday to the cameras wifi, next day your app will tell me my smartphone isn’t registered and we repeat the same rubbish the following day..
