APP NOT CONNECTING TO DASH CAM
This app is so trash, it worked for a couple months then I’m not too sure what happened but now it won’t connect my dashcam to the app and I can’t receive, watch & see any recordings. Super pointless to have a dash cam you cant even retrieve the footage. Fix ur app please

IROAD X5 WiFi Connectivity Issues
Hey guys, had no issues with the app until recently when it now cannot connect to my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Please can you check to see what is causing this? I’ve had a few impact notifications and it would be great if I could check it in the app.

App useless on iPhone 16 Pro
This app is very clunky and I struggled to connect without it crashing on my iPhone 13 Pro. I’ve upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro and the app crashes and disappears every time I try to establish a wifi connection. Want to waste your time? Get this useless app! The reviews don’t lie. This is the worst app I have ever used. What a joke. Disappointing is an understatement

Camera and recording works fantastic just when you need access to the recording thats it you can not get access to this one is going in bin don’t waste money on it

Help needed
Just installed x11 2ch and can’t add dash cam to app. Freezes after wifi connection and not able to do anything

I bought the X10 with the feeling it was top of the line, the salesman quoting the app was the best around. Gee, I’d hate to see the bad ones!

This is the second make I have tried I dumped the last (Blackview) after it failed to record a hit and run.
Now this camera will not connect, tried Re-installing Re-connecting it all fails, and yes I had another car park hit and run and can't access the recording - piece of four letters starting with S ending in T.

Most Useless app on App Store
If I had a choose I go get a refund for my X10 Dash Cam if I had known how absolutely poor quality, the app is at software software, never connects the app on the Mac crashes all the time you can never get the video off. It’s just the biggest piece of garbage app on the App Store charge $.99 or a dollar or something forward so you can actually do some work on it I’d be happy to pay if it actually worked, either that or get new developers. Totally disgruntled customer.

Not so great anymore.
The app does not connect to my iPhone at all. Years prior, I had not problem what so ever. Might want to think twice about getting a different brand, other than IROAD to save you so much headache.

Can’t load the camera onto phone. Connectivity is not happening, have wasted several hours trying to load this. Just awful.
