When will you update?
It COULD be a great app but why don’t you update it? Be careful as it will allow a double payment to be applied to an invoice. It’s like this was thrown together and abandoned… finish the job!

A really awful but necessary app
This is the ugliest, slowest and worst App I have installed on my phone. But since I’m always on the road it is really necessary for me to check my tickets and some of the information of my clients. But, it really hurts to pay every month for an App that is totally outdated and almost useless.

This app is very outdated. Ugly UI design and obviously isn't up-to-date. Very rarely updated with new features and design changes, it's rather disappointing and I expect better. More people would use the mobile version if it actually looked nice and wasn't too limited on features. App is less than 10mb in size, so with that, it's safe to assume that the app is VERY basic.
Wish I didn't pay for the mobile app subscription... what a waste.

iWHMCS not good with iPhone 11 Pro Max
Hello,
The application doesn’t look great with new iPhones with bigger screen, kindly upgrade it.
When opening on iPhone 11 Pro Max, there is black space on the top and bottom of the screen.
Also kindly add new features like managing servers or login to clients control panels right from the app.

WHMCS was awesome, is vaguely okay now, but this app is terrible. And expensive, since it requires an additional license to work.
As a further kick in the teeth, those of us that were suckered into paying now get to pay again for a mobile theme.

How can you charge so much for a app what hasn’t been updated to work with your system?! We need push notifications, better view and make it look right on new phones.
Downloaded it and it crashes right after it starts.

In order to take full advantage of this app you need to pay for their mobile service.

Awesome app to answer tickets but....
I have been using this app for almost 4 years and it does the job but when you guys are planing to redesign this ? It does not fit on iPhone 6 Plus - iPhone XS Max ☹️ and also som e features does not work.
