About

Apple Watch records plenty of data. What matters is understanding what those changes mean compared with your own day-to-day baseline. With the Apple Health read access you choose, iwhook processes available records locally on your devices and organizes them into explainable recovery, sleep, training-load, and long-term trend views. It compares you with your own history, not a public leaderboard, and never treats missing data as zero. What you can explore: • Today: review a recovery reference, sleep performance, and training load, with a practical daily reference based on the records currently available. • Metric explanations: open the information controls to see definitions, calculation logic, personal baselines, and limitations. • History: explore daily records and up to 90 recent calendar days of recovery, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training trends. • Monthly review: compare changes with the previous month, notable high and low days, days with and without recorded training, training density, and data coverage. These are descriptive comparisons, not proof of causation. • Training records: organize workout types, duration, and available activity facts recorded in Apple Health. • Apple Watch HRV: compare two aligned 24-hour periods across the latest 48 hours. The solid line shows the latest 24 hours; the dashed line shows 24–48 hours ago. A watch-face complication is included. • Local Markdown export: manually export all readable history supported by the app or the latest seven local calendar days, together with current cached analysis and metric guides. Privacy by design: • No registration or sign-in. • No ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking. • Core analysis and cached results are processed locally on your devices. • Apple Health data is not uploaded to a developer-operated server or automatically stored in iCloud by the app. • The app requests read access only and does not write to Apple Health. Data availability depends on device capabilities, wear time, Apple Health records, and your permission choices. Missing data is shown as unavailable. iwhook is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency medical guidance.
