Love the convenience
The worst
I put in an order to the wrong location which was my bad. Online it said to call the store to cancel the order. So I tried to call the several times and they wouldn’t answer. I sent an email to try and get a refund and got no response from anybody. Worst service ever.
Easy to use
Jack in the Box app is easy to use but less menu info and less promotional item to choose from hopefully they can improve on it

I ordered ultimate cheeseburger with no cheese and then I ordered tacos with no sauce last time and then ended up putting the sauce every time I use my points. They tend to mess up my order not sure because I’m not spending actual money or what but don’t seem fair at all and everything I order through that app not sure if it’s the app or the actual business

Great app
Great app!! easy to order on, but the only problem is half the time they are out of shakes. They are out of whatever I want to order. The store on 35th south and 4400 W.. The workers are rude but the app is really easy to wwworkkk!!
Creepy
It’s creepy how they need access to my location services and I can’t just type in a ZIP Code. Thanks, Jack.
Why hide the prices?
I'm going through the menu, and have to click on each item to see the price. Is this new? I don't think ordering used to be this aggravating.
Poor quality
App charged me 3 times but said the order didn’t go through. How interesting that it worked fine at the location but multiple cards didn’t work on the app

The app is pretty good. I don’t really know what to change about it other than I would like to be able to call out certain people that. That I appreciate that are your associates your manager’s your staff but there’s no place for me to do any of that so maybe we could add that instead of just straight up ratings other than that you guys are great 1993 is when I started eating Jack-in-the-Box I never knew what it was as a child and this year since it’s your 75th I’ve almost eaten my way through the entire menu. That’s it I’m done. Hopefully you can fix that one little thing.
