Annoying bug
Literally have never felt compelled to write a review for an app ever yet here I am. I usually order delivery through the app and every time I have this issue where adding a custom tip will cause a glitch in the app, and proceeding to the screen to finalize the order will reflect an incorrect total. When you try to confirm the order, the message “Delivery fee and time may have changed” appears and it sends you back to the first screen again that asks if you’d like to tip. The only way around this is to use the automatic tipping, which is usually only a dollar or two so then you’re left with other concerns like drivers not picking up your order or them stealing your food. It’s a small issue but so frustrating and completely ruins the app for me

When I got the Philly for the first time it had some carné on it but you gotta try things twice in this world ounce to see what it’s like and another time to see if you like it so he’s round two

Convenience overpriced
The last straw that broke the camel’s back. I lost points when this App updated, deals/rewards are so-so. Recently ordered delivery; never came. Filed a refund report; once it comes in; I’ll just delete the App altogether. Getting charged large amounts for mobile orders from Apps like these definitely not worth it; especially if the parties involved cannot cohesively work together

For The Inquirers Convenience
If you’re looking for good deals on late night food or breakfast, the jack in the box app is where it’s at. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because you cannot modify items with “light sauce” for example. It’s a bit rigid. Other than that you can get good deals and exclusives daily, and coupons weekly. Worth it in my opinion, and that’s not even including the point system.

Wont let me order
I keep trying to add order to cart and it says to pick an available item. It doesn't matter what i pick i will not work. Impossible to order.
Mediocre prices, mediocre restaurant with mediocre app
App can’t even run correctly. The prices and delivery costs are absurd. The app is broken and can’t even run correctly. You can’t check out because there’s a hiccup. You can’t use Apple Pay because it freezes, and if you exit the app, your cart erases. Jack in the Box has gone downhill and I’m going to another restaurant. Pathetic franchise and app.
