Insufficient Customization Options
I get why the website has limited customization, it’s to encourage downloading the app on mobile devices. But if I want extra cheese, the only option is to add a different type from what is already offered on the item. That’s just one example of how customizing is limited. One member of my party wanted scrambled eggs instead of fried, another time they wanted to add an extra fried egg to a sandwich. This can be done at the window, but that defeats the purpose of using the app to order ahead.
