Poor design
It does not prompt you to enter which restaurant to eat and just defaults to the last one. I ended up placing an order I couldn't pick up and then when I tried to switch to the restaurant I was at it was not listed in the nearby restaurants and I was only able to select it because it was in my recent restaurants. Every other fast food app can do this, it is silly Jack doesn't.

The app sometimes works
When the app works then it’s decent, but there are often glitches when using the app which is extremely frustrating. This is why I didn’t give a full 5 stars for the app.
Help
The app is confusing when you order through T-Mobile Tuesday, and the people at the store don’t know how to use the app to help you out that should be a given.

Needs improvement
For some reason the app will not let you remove an item from the cart. When you try to edit remove is not an option, and it will only let you put down to 1 in the cart, not zero.
