I can see how it would be dangerous for someone with a problem. But the convenience of not having to go to the store is great. Especially those nights where you forgot that there was a large prize drawing and you'd have to rush to get in the car and get to a store to purchase.

I have $ in the account and can’t spend it or retrieve it. Tried deleting and reinstalling still nothing
This is frustrating and certainly not worth it at this point. I would love to get my money back but if you keep getting “retry” or reload app and nothing works…$80 some dollars gone.
