Installation schlecht - Gebrauch gut
Ich hatte bei der Installation schon mit Werbung zu kämpfen. Die englische Sprache blieb zum Teil nicht durchgehend bestehen. So hatte ich schneller ein Abo von einer Firma aus Zypern am Start als mein erstes Ticket auf dem Telefon.
Der Service antwortet nur Allgemein, in meinen Fall blieben jedoch alle meine Fragen unbeantwortet. Auf meine zweite Email warte ich noch immer auf Antwort.

Arbeiten mit Betrügern zusammen!
Es gibt irreführende Werbebanner in der App. Ich wurde auf eine Website geleitet und auf einmal ist man in einem Abo, ohne etwas eingekauft und ohne irgendeine Bestätigung. Es gibt mehrere Banner und alle führen nach Zypern.

Bilety to pułapka ani nie kupię ani skasuję na czas kiedy się spieszę!!!
Najpierw apkę pomieszało w metrze bo nie było zasięgu. Pełen portfel, pieniądze były dawno pobrane na doładowanie konta, a mimo to nic nie dało się kupić. No to wyłażę na powierzchnię tracąc cenny czas i ładuję bilet, teraz zbiegam na dół i już na schodach otwieram czytnik żeby skasować bilet, nie dobiegłem, apka blokuje mi możliwość kasowania na 3 minuty a w tym czasie ucieka już trzeci pociąg. Nie polecam, bilet z apki to śmieć jeśli ktoś chce jechać szybko lepiej podejść do terminala na stacji i tam kupić.

Great before you get locked out
Worked well in Krakow. Then when I moved on to Wroclaw, I had to verify myself again. Bad wifi connection or idk but never recd the code number in messages. Tried 3 times then locked out for ticket purchases.
Only had 3 more days in Wroclaw, had money in the Jakdojade wallet and no access to it . Frustrating.

Easy way to check bus and trams timetables and routes. It helps you navigate through many cities in Poland. You can buy tickets in app
Purchased issue
I try to purchase 5 tickets in total and I get 9 tickets instead which can’t refund.

Nur auf Polnisch empfangen
Leider wurde mir beim installieren der App nur ein polnischer Text präsentiert, bei dem ich eine Auswahl hatte etwas zu akzeptieren. Nachdem ich so etwas wie „nur notwendige…“ angeklickt hatte, wurde ich auf eine tolle Oberfläche weitergeleitet, bei der ich Routen auswählen konnte. Leider alles auf Polnisch.
Zumindest Englisch sollte auszuwählen sein. Vielleicht kann sich in der heutigen Zeit jemand von den Entwicklern um einige Sprachen kümmern. Dass sollte im Zeitalter der künstlichen Intelligenz kein Problem sein. Wenn ich weiß, was da steht, hat die App das Potential auch eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen.

Schnell installiert, einfach zu bedienen, zuverlässig in der Anwendung. Die großflächige Werbung ist etwas störend, doch daran gewöhnt man sich. Nutze die App insgesamt sehr gerne, vielen Dank!

Spam AD at the app home
Downloaded from US before going Pol. Clicked “Activate your account to start” and asked Credit card info and pull out 2 dollars. It was a strange app called Kitchen Creations. Be aware the front AD in the app. Poland pub. transport. agency should remove such the spam ads.
time and stress saver!
This app worked seamlessly in Warsaw and Poznan once I had some money loaded - much less stressful than finding somewhere to buy a ticket before boarding or dealing with ticket machine once tram or bus is rattling along! I couldn't use it in Wroclaw because it insisted on texting a mobile phone number and I don't travel with that option (just data) - that said it is a transit operator issue and not an app one and the developers were very helpful with work-arounds. Highly recommend this app.
