time and stress saver!

This app worked seamlessly in Warsaw and Poznan once I had some money loaded - much less stressful than finding somewhere to buy a ticket before boarding or dealing with ticket machine once tram or bus is rattling along! I couldn't use it in Wroclaw because it insisted on texting a mobile phone number and I don't travel with that option (just data) - that said it is a transit operator issue and not an app one and the developers were very helpful with work-arounds. Highly recommend this app.

No language support

App is required to get a ticket in Wroclaw but gives no support in other languages. You want to know some details, terms of service or who can apply for reduced tickets? We only give that information in pop-ups in polish language and you can’t switch to German or English or even copy the text from there. I guess I just won’t visit Wroclaw or other polish Cities ever again when they don’t want tourists or treat them like this I guess. Also the app is full of ads which really annoys me when this app is an requirement.

Buy only when on bus or train

Be careful when buying tickets through this app.

I couldn't find any clear warning explaining that once you purchase a ticket, it becomes active immediately and you are expected to already be on the bus or train.

I was planning a journey for the following day and saw the option to buy a ticket at the end of the booking process, so I purchased it in advance. Unfortunately, the ticket was activated straight away and had nothing to do with my planned trip.

I requested a refund, explaining the situation, but it was refused.

The app should make this much clearer to avoid confusing customers. Learn from my mistake and don't buy your ticket until you're ready to travel.

Keine Mail zum verifizieren

Naja kann die App nicht nutzen. Registrierung klappt meine Telefonnummer wird auch akzeptiert, bekomme den Code zum bestätigen. Jedoch muss der Account wohl auch durch eine Mail die angeblich verschickt wird verifiziert werden. Diese Mail kommt bei mir nicht an also kann ich auch nichts bestätigen. Zwei Mail Adressen probiert kommt nichts und ja Spam Ordner wurde gecheckt. Ohne Verifizieren kein Kauf möglich. Somit unbrauchbar.

Tickets in Wroclaw don’t work for Americans.

Arbitrarily requires SMS verification specifically for buying tickets in Wroclaw. Verification consistently fails to send to American numbers. Combined with all the broken ticket machines it’s basically impossible to buy a transit ticket in Wroclaw.

Clunky interface and annoying

Ultimately I use this app, but the flow of buying and using tickets is quite annoying. Sometimes for example you have to exit your route in order to show your ticket, and then it’s difficult or impossible to return to your active route.
