The latest update of the JazzCash app is very disappointing. The app is not working properly—whenever I try to make a transfer, it automatically closes. This makes it impossible to send money, which is the main purpose of the app.

I cant send money to my own wallets of different apps i select everything and at the end it says the details arent added.. it also doesnt shows my balance right like i just took a loan and my balance is stilll zero it suddenly shows the amount and again it disappears cant use it for emergency!

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the JazzCash mobile application. Whenever I open the app, a pop-up error appears stating: “The data couldn’t be read because it is not in the correct format.” Due to this error, I am unable to access or use the application properly.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. This problem is causing inconvenience, as I rely on the app for regular transactions.
