Frustrating Experience with Premium Subscription
I expected better profile recommendations, more visibility, and a wider range of suitable matches after upgrading, but the experience has been very poor. The app’s matching system needs significant improvement, as showing the same profiles again and again defeats the purpose of taking a premium service.
Overall, this has been one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I have had with a matrimonial platform. I hope the team addresses these issues and improves the quality of profile recommendations for paid members.
