Everything went well. Initially amazed with the features (multi currency, ease of use of the apps), then the a couple of headache came when there were funny card charges, then biggest one when I simply want to renew my device. 4-5 calls, video calls, emails : did not work.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can’t use my debit card for any transactions while in the US, yet somehow they STILL MANAGED TO TAKE MONEY from me for a CANCELED PAYMENT. Do not expect to get a refund because the CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT ENDS EVERY SINGLE MINUTE. I had to explain my situation to TEN DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES because every time i tried to explain, THE CHAT JUST ENDED.

Made an account but can’t login through the app.
I made an account to open a high yield savings, but when I downloaded the app it required that I check off the box stating that I am not from America. I was allowed to make an account using an American address on the website, so why would I not be allowed to use the app?? Is this not the same Jenius bank that offers high yield savings or are you guys just not usable in America?

I don't have an Indonesian phone number.
Confused
I usually log in to check my account using a browser which requires me to enter my USERNAME and pw. When I tried to use the app it’s asking for EMAIL ADDRESS (and password). I have not been successful in logging in using the app.
Mixed information
Is this for jenius bank savings accounts in the US?
Stop the mandatory updates
Some of use only use the app once a month to check balances and don’t really care about the extra bloating features. Stop requiring us with the mandatory update after update after update. Each update also bring more pop up advertisements. So annoying keep it simple - simple is better!

Unusable credit card
When I told them that the credit card was not working, they only responded that I put the wrong expiry date. It was clear on the app, idk what’s wrong.
Where’s the credit card?
The current version removed the credit card from the Cards section. Is this deliberate? Pls bring it back since it was very easy to monitor the credit card from the app. Otherwise, the improvements have been great. Keep it up

Impossible to login
Everytime I am trying to login, I got logout automatically
Proses video call verifikasi
Untuk verifikasi video call, tidak ad settingan untuk buat ktp focus. Ketika dedekatkan, blur. Berdampak account terus terusan gagal saat video call verifikasi online video call. Meskipun saya sudah tunjukin passport. Tolong di update settingan video call verifikasi. Tidak hanya camera depan belakang saja.

Aplikasi pengelola keuangan yang helpful banget. Tampilan designnya ga ribet. Selain bisa nabung kamu juga bisa transfer uang ke mata uang negara lain, jadi kirim uang lebih mudah, cukup lewat satu aplikasi!
Oh ya pengeluaran kita juga bisa dicatat loh di Jenius, jadi yang ingin memantau pengeluaran bisa masukin track pengeluaran kalian di Jenius. Helpful banget!

Menurut saya Jenius merupakan Aplikasi Bank Digital Yang baik . Tetapi karena semua diharuskan melalui aplikasi Jenius maka aplikasinya haruslah menjadi bagus juga karena masih terdapat error pada aplikasi Yang menyebabkan tidak dapat bertransaksi pada biasanya . Terima Kasih
Tak bisa buka akun.
Tidak bisa buat akun dan ditolak, kemungkinan karna e-KTP kadaluarsa. E-KTP yg lama memang ada masa berlaku, saat mau buat e-KTP baru, pegawai desa gak bisa, katanya semua e-ktp kadaluarsa dianggap berlaku dan sah dimata pemerintah.
