Stay away for your peace of mind
Everything went well. Initially amazed with the features (multi currency, ease of use of the apps), then the a couple of headache came when there were funny card charges, then biggest one when I simply want to renew my device. 4-5 calls, video calls, emails : did not work.

Jaman Now Kebanyakan Punya 2HP, kalau Pebisnis bisa Lebih dari 3HP. . Susah banget kalo pas device 1 kehabisan batre & perlu Jenius, DUHH Kagak bisa Login & ribet ngurus urusnya.!! Mana di Kota kagak adye official na Jenius. . Dulu ngurus di Bank BTPN

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can’t use my debit card for any transactions while in the US, yet somehow they STILL MANAGED TO TAKE MONEY from me for a CANCELED PAYMENT. Do not expect to get a refund because the CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT ENDS EVERY SINGLE MINUTE. I had to explain my situation to TEN DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES because every time i tried to explain, THE CHAT JUST ENDED.

History tiba-tiba hilang di tahun 2024. Terus sekarang upcoming transfer untuk scheduled transfer juga tidak muncul.
