Want to love it.
I do find it useful in planning what workouts to do but….. I’m now based in the US and I can’t work out how to change the time zone. It keeps moving my workouts to 8 hours ahead and that’s confusing. I also can’t get it to sync to my polar watch. It says it’s connected but doesn’t automatically update. So like it but done love it.

Temp
Might I recommend that when you track through apple that you also track body temperature if available. I think this would improve the app and it’s predictions. Apple Watch series 8 tracks body temperature to help with cycle predictions and to also help understand our sleep patterns. It would be a great edition to your app. If you could incorporate linking to any sleep tracking apps that would be cool too. Loving the app so far! Thank you.

I’ve been regularly training for years but as I’m getting older I’ve definitely felt the impact of my hormones on my workout routine. This has been immeasurably helpful to stave off exhaustion from overtraining while still seeing progress from workouts and improving my general health and fitness. I’m looking forward to the perimenopause version!

Love the concept but the app is buggy
I really like the concept and thought it was helpful and interesting to see the intensity. However, there are a few hard to ignore bugs and features missing.
1. Every time I try to add an activity, it adds it to the next day not today. I’ll add and evening walk and the time of day looks fine, and then see it was added to tomorrow. Really frustrating.
2. On top of the above issue, you can’t edit or delete activities. That one time I couldn’t figure out what was happening with #1? Now I did five hours of jiu jitsu, lol
3. I would like even more examples of intensity - like what does it mean for a 2-4? And maybe make it even more sport specific. There’s often recommendations for 20 minutes of a certain activity where I would rarely do under an hour

Hi, I am sorry about your experience. The reason why your activity isn't logging on the right day is because you are in the US. We are located in the UK so this is a time zone issue which we are aware of and currently working to fix. The deleting of activities is something we have in the pipeline to allow our customers to do. We are a really small team and doing our best to get all of this fixed!
No Apple login integration
Seriously? I don’t want to sign up using my email and a password that I’ll have to remember or worse, store in my phone. Apple has login integration yet this app doesn’t incorporate that?
Two stars for not having something so crucial. I haven’t even bothered to go pas that screen. I’ll update my rating when the integration is added.
