About

This is the most advanced carburetion simulation application on the market for Dellorto VHSB34 carburetor engines. It allows you to create carburations with all the information about the type of engine, track, weather conditions and carb setup (jets, needles, air screw, ...) making for each of them a simulation that allows you to compare them, choose a carburetion as a reference to be able to adapt it in each situation, take notes, check how each change in carburetion affects, etc. The carburations can be manually made or the app can provide you a optimal recommendation based on all the information for the following engines: - Rotax Max Senior, Junior, DD2, Supermax, Mini (with different restrictors) and Micro (with different restrictors too). Evo and no-Evo engines are compatible, and the recommendations follow the technical rules of Rotax Max Challenge competition. - Aprilia RS 125 and equivalent engines like Rotax 122 and 123. The application consists of several screens and features: - Simulation main screen: it shows the graph and the values of the configured carburations. One of the carburations will be marked as a reference to make comparisons on this configuration. For each carburetion you can edit its value or create new ones. - Setup creation or edition screens: when creating or selecting a carburetion on the main screen the user is guided by a set of screens on which he can provide information about the engine (brand, model, fuel density, % oil mixture), carburetor configuration (high, low, diffusers, needle, air screw, jets, etc.), weather conditions (temperature, humidity, altitude, pressure... that can be picked up automatically), and the track (name, length, lap time, maximum speed, etc.). - A functionality to collect the weather conditions of the nearest weather station: get the temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, altitude, air density, altitude by density and more values. - Needle comparator: pick two from the catalogue of 113 —with their real dimensions: length, diameters, cone and biconical sections— and draw both profiles on the same chart, to see where each cone starts working and what the clip position does. - A database of 112 tracks with their altitude and the length of the layout. Choosing the track fills in the altitude, which is what really moves the jet because it feeds the air density calculation. These are the altitudes of the track itself, not of the town, and it works with no signal. - Jetting logbook: it saves every session with its engine, weather and track, and afterwards you record what you actually fitted and how it went —lean, good or rich, separately for low, mid and high—, with notes, laps and best time. At a glance you see whether you tend to go up or down from what the app recommends. Exports to CSV and can be backed up. - Share the setup as an image card, with the jetting and the conditions, to send it to your mechanic or your team. - Type of oil in the mix, castor or synthetic, stored with each setup. - Help on each screen, preferences to modify the language, appearance or available parts, etc. The application has been tested by international racing teams, but can be used by anyone to optimize their engine.

This version adds what you asked for the most and brings the app up to date with the 2026 RMC rules. • Needle comparator. Pick two from the catalogue of 113 and both profiles are drawn on the same chart, with each needle's real dimensions: length, diameters, cone and biconical sections. • A database of 112 tracks with their altitude and the length of the layout. Choosing the track fills in the altitude, which is what really moves the jet. These are the altitudes of the track, not of the town, and it works with no signal. • Jetting logbook. It saves every session and afterwards you record what you actually fitted and how it went, separately for low, mid and high, with notes, laps and best time. Exports to CSV and can be backed up. • Share the setup as an image card, with the jetting and the conditions. • Type of oil in the mix: castor —mandatory in RMC 2026— or synthetic. • The Aprilia RS 125 now has its own reference model, anchored on its factory jetting. It used to fall back on the generic one, and the chart read lean on a correctly jetted bike. • 2026 RMC classes, with the EVO and MY20 specification stated explicitly instead of the engine year. • Fixed: text that appeared untranslated when sharing the app, the help screen that was unreadably small, and the «share» link, which pointed to a different app.
