Good morning your service is very very poor compared to what Jiji use to be before, we pay more higher just imagine paying 256,000 for a month and for over 2 days I’ve just gotten 5 people that visited my page that is just too bad I feel we are been extorted of our hard earned money without giving us us what we paid for and for my account officer please I want her to be changed she she does not give a satisfied customer service thanks

This people logged into my jiji account with an unknown email and claimed that I have a double account an account I have been using for 3 years with my email honestly people Should be careful on using this jiji app there are scammers I have complained and yet no response but they know how to call when subscription finish’s this pure scammers nobody should trust them 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Paid ad/listing not visible
You pay for a listing and you go back and search for your listing and you realize it’s was never listed for buyers to see. You chat with support and only a bot chats with you. You request for a mangers call back and few minutes later they send an email that they tried calling you but no one calls. Just a fraudulent company.

No 2FA, no checkmate on real buyers and fake buyers, why is there a 2 payment tier before we make sales. You guys let scammers that claim to be buyers because you don’t checkmate them you don’t ask for detail to confirm their real intentions you just let every tom, dick and Garry on your platform we that sell now fall prey and when we do make complaints the person will say “i will foward your complain” that same said account officer o. That’s suppose to protect you is only protecting the money you’re giving to you guys. That’s nonsense.

This app is a scam
Seller told me i had to pay for a shoe because i tired it on to check the fit. He claimed I stained it because it touched the ground. Jiji keeps on removing my review after I left a negative review. Whole company feels like a scam.
