Paid ad/listing not visible

You pay for a listing and you go back and search for your listing and you realize it’s was never listed for buyers to see. You chat with support and only a bot chats with you. You request for a mangers call back and few minutes later they send an email that they tried calling you but no one calls. Just a fraudulent company.

Security 0%

No 2FA, no checkmate on real buyers and fake buyers, why is there a 2 payment tier before we make sales. You guys let scammers that claim to be buyers because you don’t checkmate them you don’t ask for detail to confirm their real intentions you just let every tom, dick and Garry on your platform we that sell now fall prey and when we do make complaints the person will say “i will foward your complain” that same said account officer o. That’s suppose to protect you is only protecting the money you’re giving to you guys. That’s nonsense.

This app is a scam

Seller told me i had to pay for a shoe because i tired it on to check the fit. He claimed I stained it because it touched the ground. Jiji keeps on removing my review after I left a negative review. Whole company feels like a scam.

You people are bad in customer service ,,attending To your customers complaints ,is very difficult for you guys ,,and it’s very bad you might lose lots of people with your nonchalant attitude towards attending to complaints ,,you better fix that habit ,,,,

I paid for booster so I can get many customers, but you guys just get my money without doing anything, and I keep chatting and texting your customers care but they are not responding, and they keep responding before I make payment, you guys are scam

REFUSED TO APPROVE PAID ADS

This guys are scammers. Don't waste your money on their paid ads or premium subscription. They will neglect you after you make payment, no way to call them and they won't respond on any of their social media accounts even on their website chat as well.
