UPDATE! The developer states it that the issues were due to “compliance reasons” but still have yet to tell me what the compliance reason would have been. And once again, repeating the same thing that agents can’t change anything. Well good luck with your failing business JIM, you’re not going to get very far. Also, after reading the bad reviews, I’m staying as far away from this app as possible. It’s clear that the good reviews are written by people you paid to flood it with 5 stars. I only hope others can see right though it as well. So I got this app because Square stopped taking payments for unlicensed businesses and I thought this would be a good replacement so I went to take my first couple payments on it the other day and all three of my transaction attempts got declined and didn’t give me a reason why I contact Support. They tell me that transactions are declined due to their security system and it was flagged and the system said no. So I asked Why was it declined? and they said that they don’t have the ability to alter or override and all the transaction and the decisions are final. and I said I wasn’t asking about the transaction decision. I’m asking you why they were declined? what about the transaction made system decline it? and they just said we don’t know. So you’re telling me that you don’t know why it was declined and there’s nothing you can do to fix it and there’s no way to guarantee I’ll be able to take a payments then I’m not taking any chances when I’m on the spot trying to take a payment from a client and its declined due to security reasons that don’t provide any kind of explanation. Then I asked him how do they make money? and they threw all these percentages at me and I said “OK, now take your percentages and multiply them by zero because if I can’t charge anybody anything that’s what you’re going to make, because if your system is not functioning or allowing my transactions go through, then it’s unreliable and honestly a little sketchy. they just kept sending me a scripted reply and I got fed up so I deleted the app. I recommend to steer clear of this. it’s a scam or something. I don’t know but something isn’t right this. I don’t trust it.

I've entered my id and ssn over 5 times it won't let me sign up and doesn't tell me why. The picture of my ID is clear as day and it keeps saying couldn't verify. It also has no option to talk to support so I was forced to give up

Is Jim convient, yes, but there is a fee to pos, then additional fees to cash out. $67.21 sale, received $66.01, cashed out at $63, and that’s EVERY TRANSACTION, so much easier with Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or ApplePay

I couldn’t even create an account. It would take me back to the beginning and I’d need to fill in all the same info again and again and again. On the fourth time I said screw it and deleted.

CRYING THROWING UP
To be honest after seeing all these great reviews and all these promotions, I was closing my business and wanted to use this in the meantime for the next 6 to 8 months I heard it was great after after using it interface I was like wow the AI system great, you know, but when it came to my clients trying to use it, it was a little iffy. Some clients turned away from it. Some clients didn’t want to even use my service because it looked like a scam. But sometimes my clients would have to call the bank and then it work. What’s hurting me right now is the fact that I try to make a transfer and now it’s saying it’s under security review which I was never told that at all. and it’s literally all the money I have and I’m homeless and a pet sitter so I can be homeless and it’s just terrible. I try to order food. And it says foods accepted and it did nothing declined it. I’m so crushed. I can’t stop crying. My heart hurts so bad.
