Square is better you can use the card with square anywhere. This stupid Jim card has limited places you can use it. And can’t even transfer funds to another card nor Apple Pay. Highly don’t recommend Jim .

No hidden fees?
So the upfront charges are fine. It looks good until you get into the app and ends out up when you get paid. You have to either number one spend it from your card on file the Jim card. Where you can only spend online or you have to pay another fee to transfer it out to your bank account to me that sounds like a hidden.Fee

Just avoid, ai is running the app most likely stealing information. The customer service is trash and you have to go through ai. The card doesn’t work and they don’t do physical cards. Useless garbage app

Not worth the bs
Seriously lacks the ability to customize on your own. Jim creates your account. Spent far too much time with chat support trying to correct/remove all of my personal information being used instead of my business information. The app still states verification needed even after the company states it was completely verified by providing EIN and all other documentation. Not worth time look elsewhere.

Payout speed
I love the app thoroughly, however the payout speed sucks and you can’t get a physical card. One last thing is you can’t get access to cash unless you transfer it to an external bank. Otherwise 5 stars.
They are scammers
Do not I repeat do not use this app they will scam you out of thousands and freeze your funds for months I recommend you start a business with a bank and do that way this Apple scam business owner out they money highly do not recommend

I had High hopes for using Jim’s services but the combination of persistent technical issues and poor customer service left me with no choice but to go elsewhere. It shouldn’t be so difficult to upload and verify an ID.

It is helpful but…
It works, it is helpful having the tap to pay option but sometimes more often the checkout screen doesn’t load properly which keeps me from checking out my money and transferring to my bank. I talked to the help center several times and don’t really help, but ones it loads the checkout screen all is good! Just please Jim FIX THAT!! 🙏🏻
