Worst app ever
This is by far one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. Jammu & Kashmir Bank MPay Delight Plus is completely unreliable and poorly developed. Every single time I open the app, it gets stuck on loading, and if it somehow passes that stage, it freezes again at the biometric screen. The only solution is to force close the app and reopen it again and again like a fool.
This issue is constant, not occasional. It feels like the app was released without proper testing. I use several other bank apps regularly, and none of them behave this badly. Those apps work smoothly, while this one is nothing but frustration and wasted time.
For a bank that claims to support digital banking, this performance is embarrassing. Customers are not beta testers. Either fix the loading and biometric issues immediately or stop pushing users to rely on such a broken app. This level of incompetence is unacceptable from a banking institution.

Best Banking App
The app is simple to use and offers all essential banking services in one place. Transactions are convenient, the interface is clean, and it makes everyday banking much easier. A reliable and helpful app for managing accounts on the go.
Not any option of card management
Sometimes many options are not available for new users like this option of manage card please solve these problems
Basic features missing related to credit card
This app is not at all user friendly for credit card transaction tracking, in credit card section it does not show on which date and how much payment was done for credit card. Due to this basic feature missing you can’t track whether you have paid credit card bill or not, ministatment shows only debit transactions
