Worst app ever
This is by far one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. Jammu & Kashmir Bank MPay Delight Plus is completely unreliable and poorly developed. Every single time I open the app, it gets stuck on loading, and if it somehow passes that stage, it freezes again at the biometric screen. The only solution is to force close the app and reopen it again and again like a fool.
This issue is constant, not occasional. It feels like the app was released without proper testing. I use several other bank apps regularly, and none of them behave this badly. Those apps work smoothly, while this one is nothing but frustration and wasted time.
For a bank that claims to support digital banking, this performance is embarrassing. Customers are not beta testers. Either fix the loading and biometric issues immediately or stop pushing users to rely on such a broken app. This level of incompetence is unacceptable from a banking institution.

Sometimes many options are not available for new users like this option of manage card please solve these problems
Basic features missing related to credit card
This app is not at all user friendly for credit card transaction tracking, in credit card section it does not show on which date and how much payment was done for credit card. Due to this basic feature missing you can’t track whether you have paid credit card bill or not, ministatment shows only debit transactions

This app is a nightmare. Constant crashes, slow load times, and login issues almost every time I try to use it. Basic functions like checking my balance or transferring money are either buried in confusing menus or just don't work half the time. On top of that, customer support is useless — you either get automated responses or wait forever for a reply. A banking app should be reliable and secure, not a daily source of stress. Cannot Rely On The Bank
I’m stuck at an unknown city with my Google pay and card not working. This is an unreliable bank, they always have a downtime going on which can be very unsafe for people who have an emergency and want to withdraw money. I’m writing this review out of the situation I have faced multiple times and today it was a disaster. JK bank should not even own the responsibility to calling themselves a bank. I would request parents to not open an account in this bank as your child can get stuck in the hospital without money due to their “downtime”. Please help me sue them. Thank you!

Whoever developed this app must’ve been completely out of their minds. Like, seriously, were y’all drunk, high, or just plain clueless? The RSA profile feature is a total joke. You set the security questions, answer them correctly, and BAM—blocked. Amazing security, right?
And J&K Bank—what were you thinking? Did you even bother checking how this app works? Or were you just impressed by the fancy words in the presentation? A press conference for this garbage? You should’ve held one to apologize instead.

This is literally the worst banking app I’ve seen in my entire life.
Time waste app…
Jammu nd Kashmir bank is worst bank in the world …sometimes I have to transfer money but it shows bank server is not responding ,technical issue,server is under maintenance etc ..I think I have to close my account in Jammu and Kashmir bank ..I suggest all of you go to other banks like sbi,hdfc,pnb or other banks..i hope oll of u got it.I give u only 1 star bcoz of ur hard work👎🏿…worst bank in the world.

Crashing
App was working perfectly until the latest update of May 2024. Now everytime I try using app it crashes. Probably because I’m using an older phone and may be it’s compatibility issue is there any possibility to get back to previous version?

Senior citizen option not available in opening deposit account. The interest rate for 555 days deposit show 7.1% when opening a deposit account , actually current rate as per website is 7.5% , plz update accordingly.
Credit Card Payment Missing
The app is user friendly but there is a big issue with the app. There is no feature for paying the credit card of your own bank. There is a facility to pay other bank credit card. This is very unusual.
