Very Creative and Purposeful
Okay. I’ve installed this app after Chris crofts class. His instructions were so clear and helped me a lot. About this app, this is the best and creative task manager app I’ve ever used. Of course being a person of managing tasks efficiently I’ve no doubt how Chris come up with this app. But the downside to the app now is that it Needs an Update soon. UI needs some visual improvements or option to edit how it looks also a support for Dark mode. I hope the app will update soon.

Black coloured text on a black background?
Hi Chris,
Just downloaded the app with a very high hope after watching your course.
Went to add the very first task to only receive a shock of my life. It’s a black text on black background where the task can be added!
I hope it’s only a glitch and the idea behind the app itself is still good when eventually get to use it.
BTW, this will not affect my overall respect to you 🙂

Great but needs a couple of tweaks!
Love the colour coding and the simplicity of arranging and organising your time!! But a couple of improvements required for my 5 star rating..
1/. you can’t use this app in landscape mode on an iPad which means you are dealing with a smaller keyboard!
2/. You can’t create recurring tasks..so if you have a regular monthly or weekly job to do you have to add the same task over and over again..quite time consuming if you have to do that 52 times!
3/. Also, I’m not sure it’s as intuitive as I’d like it to be..for instance, a little reminder would be nice a couple of days before the start date and then on the due date.
But overall, pretty good.

Can categorize tasks and choose task colors.
Can backup list of tasks
Cons
No way to delete tasks, they can only be marked complete. So if you want to remove the default “training” tasks or a task added by mistake you can’t.
If you mark a task complete, there is no way to mark it as incomplete.
The UI looks rather unpleasant to me.
The sliders are a continuum with no numerical value. So you need to eyeball/trial and error if you want to make sure one task is higher or lower than another.
The “hide until date” functionality doesn’t work.
Sometimes entering a task name is black text on a black background so you can’t see the text entered.

effective to get the jobs done
I looked for something that would help me keep track of some jobs and errands all at the same time. After trying the “popular “ apps and being frustrated as they are not what they say they are i found this app which can not look very fancy or amusing, but you know what this is an app that is actually effective. I’m really loving it and recommend it specially to contractors or freelancers.

It’s quite an handy app to manage your tasks
A lot of thought has gone into this app
If you like Trello but also are prone to doing the fun and easy jobs first, this app will help. It’s designed around how we really live our lives as opposed to the theory.

This is a to-do-list that I am actually using! I’ve tried a number of phone based to-do-lists and they have all been too complicated and I have reverted to my trusty pad of paper and pen. But I seem to be using this one more and more. Well done Chris!
Young but briliant!
I’ve been using several applications to manage to do lists but no one has the possibility to rate tasks by importance, urgence, effort or fun. This app has it, and it allows you to filter by those parameters or find the task to do next based in a combination of them. Very clever solution that helps prioritize!
I miss some functions that I really use daily, like sub-tasks, folders or using it in combination with my web browser (add in needed) to be able to create tasks from a web page, please add them if you can! This is the motivation why I give 4/5 stars.

Keep track of tasks and priorities
A really clear and no-nonsense app for keeping track of tasks that need doing.
I like the colour coding and slider bars for setting levels of urgency, importance, effort and fun!

The reason why I have not given a higher score is because it does not appear to work in landscape?

If you want a straightforward way to do more things and yes , we all have loads to do -this really works!

I have just started using the app and I love that I can filter the tasks by various headings and prioritise the tasks at the beginning for importance, urgency and fun
Such a helpful organiser
Just started using this to do list. Love how you can change the colours and assign multiple tasks to the same project. Now just need to make more hours in a day so that I can get everything done! Also think the ‘waiting on other people’ status is soooo spot on!
