I went and added money to the gift card but it would t allow me to use it. And I also don’t love that they automatically tip a $1. That’s not what tips are.

I have tried decaf coffee at many places, but the flavor at Caffe Ladro 333 Bellevue WA is so good, As I finish one, I find myself craving another cup! Mmm…I will definitely look for more locations as I travel.

I’d really like the option of a refund of the money I deposited onto my app even if there is a small service charge. There are really no coffee shops near me that use the app.
Making me spend more???
Will not let me load less than $25 at a time into the app. My fav coffee shop is using this now so I have no choice. Best solution = load exact amount needed, next best solution would be being able to load as little as $5 at a time
Alerts at 9:45 PM?!
I have been a Joe user for years. All of a sudden they have been sending me alerts every night at 9:45 PM. Not only am I not going for coffee this close to bedtime, none of my local coffee shops are open!! I lowered my rating from 5* to 1*…after I turned off all Joe notifications.
Does not allow checkout
Despite having 3 cards on file, I am unable to use any of my rewards because the app does not allow me to check out at all.
Annoying preloaded requirements
The app tries to push you to auto reload, and the set dollar amounts are fixed at higher amounts than I would like… You are not allowed to load $10. It starts at 25 and goes up. It’s a bit manipulative and I think it is designed to benefit from people who abandoned their balances. We should be able to pay the amount we want or even pay the service or Cafe the precise amount.

Glitchy for me
seems to be glitchy on my iPhone, not very user-friendly in my opinion and I work in tech specifically for restaurants, however, I believe this is new so I’m sure it’ll work out overtime and I’m so glad that you have the initiative to have an app available. The $25 minimum joes card seems fair with today’s economy but I was surprised to see that.

Bogus fees and pricing structure
You need to pay with a gift card to not get charged a service fee. However, when your gift card is low you must load $10 minimum back on your account to pay with that gift card. Ridiculous and annoying.

Love the creative hot & cold coffee options & lotus flavors. Just wish I could order Single, double or triple espresso.

I love Diedrich espresso! The app is cool too, love being able to schedule ahead ! But I do hate that I get promo messages saying I can type a code in and I can get a percentage off, like today. So I go into the app and then make an order, everything works great until it comes to typing in the code. This happens every time. It doesn’t work. That part is super frustrating. But other than that, everything else seems to be great :)
