Don’t work
It won’t let you continues to tell you denied access wants to verify age, no place on screen to do so on the mobile app, it use to be a good app until last year ,have to change your password every time, it’s the worst app!
Terrible
I use to be able to use this app and now since the last update it no longer will low the app on my phone which has been devastating. People are already paying so much to use these type of apps to stay in contact with loved ones then you go and eliminate any chance to send money bc of an update!?!! Rotten greedy no disgusting not to mention the constant freezes and it never working properly the hidden fees the scummy invasion of privacy and the list of bad goes on and on. Reconsider what your doing with your life choices JPay staff bc karma comes and y’all are destined for the absolute worst karma! Just hope it comes a lot faster to you now that I no longer can use the app. Humans need to treat eachother better!!! This is a monopoly and a corrupt app that price gouges and uses people to suck up every cent from then when they are already suffering ya are gross doing what your doing and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusted.

Doesn’t even let me log in
If you’re not going to fix the bugs on this app remove this dum ahh shh.
It keeps telling me my zip code is wrong and it’s not I can’t even make an account

Can’t log in and says email invalid
Not sure why says my email is invalid because it’s a valid email and even after resetting password link to my email still can’t log in stating “Enter a valid email”.
Stop the updates
It use to be a good app the more updates the worse it gets
Age range
Been trying to “fix” my age range on this app. Changed everything on my end, this app will not take me to the sight to change it. Anyone else having this issue?
No Help
I’ve been so irritated… I had this account blocked for quite some time. I’ve been “beaten around the bush” with no help. They sent my a recent email to get my account back becoming unsuccessful.
Nosy
I’m trying to use it but it won’t let me use it it keeps coming up to update and when I press it it’s said the same thing over

Absolutely horrible app, couldn’t do anything with it. Created an account and could never log back in. Tried with 2 different emails and same thing, app can never recognize any of the emails I entered as valid. The only thing it got right was my personal info I had to enter three times. My stupid…
Doesn’t even launch properly
One of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I have an iPhone 16 with all of the latest updates yet before I even put in any information to login, I receive an error message…over and over and over. Ridiculous. Based on the reviews, clearly some people have no problem using this app, but I’m not one of them. I’m deleting it.

Unable to login
I updated the app & when I tried to login it kept telling me to enter a valid email which I did
Glitch
It won’t let me create my account bc it keeps saying I am adding special characters or emojis. I’m not and want to be able to send my loved one money.
Not user friendly
I cannot believe that this app is this hard to sign in and to navigate, especially with the number of people who have to use it. I have only had to delete the app and reload it several times. Very poor.

This app is horrible
I have been using access corrections for years and now that my person has been transferred I have to use this one ….. “go to settings’ well I can’t because I have been denied due to passing up the prompt to enter my birthday…. Absolutely horrible
Age verification
App is asking to share age. It won’t let you access the settings to accept the terms once you deny the first time. Doesn’t prompt to do what is asked of you. Just keep denying access. Come on it’s 2026z fix it!

Poorly Developed App
I’ve had the app for a short while and have had trouble logging in each time. In fact, the app has disallowed me from ever logging in. I’ve found that it is much easier to navigate the app via a desktop computer.
No login
Good idea if it would actually work. I downloaded the app, made an account and it won’t allow me to login. Also the app appears incredibly out of date so certainly that doesn’t help.
