Buggy app
Is not client friendly. Illogical behavior. Asks for information to pay your account, then won’t allow entry of the data. Buggy.
Fix the bugs ASAP!!!!
It been over 2 1/2 months and I’ve been trying to send money to my loved ones and it’s saying that I cannot send money. You need to fix these bugs. I understand you don’t care and it shows but what’s the whole point of having this app if you can’t use it !!!!! ? this is ridiculous and there’s no one you could talk to or call, fix the freaking bugs !!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬.. and updating the app doesn’t mean that the situation is being fixed if it is not ., once u update it goes back to this !!!!!’ … please someone fix its !!!!!!!!! …

Ridiculous
Cannot get through the robot to speak to an individual. I had a disputed charge and paid this thru my credit card but JPay still wants the disputed charge. Apparently there is no customer service as I spent an hour with the robot trying everything to talk to a live agent

It cannot be deleted from an IPhone once it’s installed. It looks uninstalled but it’s sucking your data sitting in your system & hidden data.

Save draft
Says you can save a draft but that isn’t true cuz half the time it disappears. And if you send an email to a diff person on the Securus app it deletes your draft on the JPay app. And vice versa. You always have to copy and paste your letter into to notes halfway thru writing or else it will log you out of your session and draft just disappears. Or it won’t save half of what you wrote and. Log you out. But really stupid how it deletes the draft if your on JPay or Securus. You can’t delete contacts in Securus app but you can via JPay app and it will delete them on your Securus smh.

Money transfer issues
I have been trying to send money for a while now but I can’t even log in. It keeps telling me the inmate number doesn’t exist and I know for sure it’s correct. What is going on with this? Anyone else having this issue?
Constantly Burps
This app lulls me into a fake sense of tranquility as I think it is working. Then it burps and gives me a “does not compute” kind of error message. Absolutely useless for putting money on my son’s account. I must always end up going to the jail to do it. It deserves worse than a zero rating. Lots of promises. Nothing delivered. I must add that I can’t get the web browser version to work either.

Poor service
Unable to send money through the app. It has been an ongoing problem for a while, no way to run a business. I would think that with the money JPAY makes from each transaction that the inconsistencies in the app would be resolved in a timely manner.
Refund
My inmate has passed away June 5 I have no reason to reinstate but I should have a refund.

Unresponsive help
The app has been unresponsive as far as putting money in an inmates account without 0 explanations. They clearly do not care about their consumer base as anytime an issue is happening they should address or present it so everyone knows.

Low reviews are warranted. I’ve spent over 40 minutes trying to set up an account. Multiple error messages forwarded to tech support with no resolve. This is very frustrating for a system so large.
