I use it when I’m a bit busy but I just feel they are a massive rip off and all about the money if they or the drivers mess up which happens all the time they will help on occasion then next time stick two fingers up at u. They are a money making machine who do not respect their client base.
Worst food delivery app and that’s saying a lot
I have genuinely never received food through this app. It’s always someone else’s fault, and the customer service is an avoidant automative response system that will have you in circles, “call the store!” If you want a refund. Abysmal app and service avoid this app like the plague
