Terrible app, just eat sets a 40 min wait time, when called in to restaurant they said it’s more than an hour wait, tried to cancel just eat didn’t refund but instead charged the full sum… this is a joke. No customer service to even get a call/response

Got a poor delivery on my first time ordering with this app. All my food was ruined and I wasn’t offered a refund. Gonna stick with uber eats. Delivery was late too
