Keeps crashing

The app keeps crashing. I can never finish an order before it crashes.

Best service and delicious food

So my mom and I came in yesterday and the food that we had was delicious that we came back again for the food but we came with my father and he loves it to . Also, the customer service was beautiful and lighthearted and friendly. So huge shoot out to the willow grove Just Salad place . Because we will definitely comeback.

Service

Oceanside location was fast and great service. Very friendly! Would recommend

No Apple Pay

Why this app does not offer Apple Pay? And it gets worse… After paying for my order, there’s an ads for using Apple Pay. What a shame.

Garbage

Won’t let you pass once you input your phone number

Hi

I was in your store yesterday for first time I asked for the return bowl they said I had to pay for it extra so I didn’t get the blue ball thank

Wouldn’t honor reward

I ordered a bowl that apparently was a “digital exclusive” on the reward it says any bowl etc they refused to honor it bad customer service

I wish you could add more options in your app like add funds it will easy for my kids can use

Good

Great service

I wanted to give Ayanna a shout out for her help today. Thank you again

Great food, horrible customer service

We have been eating at JS for years now. When the app rolled out we used it instead of going through third party apps. That was a mistake. If there is an issue with your order there is NO ONE to contact. The store does not have a phone number for customers and customer service takes hours to get back to you. I had issues on multiple orders but the last was the worse. 2.5 hours to delivery my food and I could not contact anyone for the status. To top it off, they tried to not refund me because I received the food almost 3 hours after I ordered it.

Doesn’t work

I scan everyone I purchase from them but my past orders don’t show up on the app and neither do my points. Waste of time .

Don’t use the app to order online

It won’t tell you if the place is open and there’s no way to confirm your order is on the way or any way to contact the restaurant that took your money.

Loveeee everything

My favorite place to eat for the past year. I lov everything on the menu.

Love it

This place is amazing food is another level

bringback bowl option not available

can’t find reusable bowl option for pickup orders placed through app, even when selecting for locations listed under the bringback bowl program

They leave your food on the street floor outside

It happened multiple times. I tried reaching out and its just a bot offering you your money back. Its sad because this was a go to for us.

Reviews

There should be a way to review each order so that there is feedback to specific stores and specific orders . So I don’t have to download yelp.

Slow restaurants.

Order ahead is a must. In store I'd get rid of the smoothie sealing machine. I'd also add more blenders. This is FLL. Otherwise app works fine and is actually a necessity even if the app is a little crusty looking.

And why is my pineapple paradise green some days and yellow the rest. Need staff training.

Signup is Privacy Nightmare

Signing up requires giving your cellphone number and credit card information. No thank you! I’ll stick to places like Panera whose apps take ApplePay and don’t shove their marketing texts down my throat.

they suck

they are very racist and not friendly at all..if you’re not hispanic they look over you. and they continually run out of protein just all around disappointment.
