I can say it’s the best app in Dubai. They offer services in everything, including massage, home cleaning, pet care, air conditioning, car services, and more. Their service is fast, high-quality, and reasonably priced. I have been using their services for two years and I am very satisfied.

Absolutely love Justlife! The booking process is super easy, the professionals always arrive on time, and the service quality has been consistently excellent. It saves me so much time, and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Customer service is bad
I had multiple bad experiences using the app but I kept giving it another chance. Unfortunately, the last experience was the final straw. The service quality and reliability we’re disappointing so I ended up deleting my account and the app. I can’t recommend it based on my experience.
Fantastic cat grooming experience
What a great grooming service. Van came to my door, picked up the cat and in no time my kitty was back smelling and looking good after wash and brushing. Loved it!

Tried Justlife’s dry cleaning service and I’m really happy with the results ✨ My suit blazers came back clean, well ironed, nicely packed, and smelling so fresh. The whole process was super easy, and the 48-hour delivery was a plus 🤍

Amend booking
If you want to change an appointment you must cancel and rebook appointments, if you just amend a booking they will charge you a higher rate. Makes no sense.

Good luck getting someone to talk with
Very unreliable. They cancel appointments without letting you know, schedule you stupid times, send you mentally deranged cleaners, and you wont be able to speak to anyone.

Good app to choose from when need a reliable cleaning for furniture or last minute personal services. I had my couch cleaned and the before and after was a major difference. They came on time and provided quality service. They only need work on their professional contact info coz they do not answer but customer support on chat is reliable. Highly recommended.
