Amend booking
If you want to change an appointment you must cancel and rebook appointments, if you just amend a booking they will charge you a higher rate. Makes no sense.

Very unreliable. They cancel appointments without letting you know, schedule you stupid times, send you mentally deranged cleaners, and you wont be able to speak to anyone.

Good app to choose from when need a reliable cleaning for furniture or last minute personal services. I had my couch cleaned and the before and after was a major difference. They came on time and provided quality service. They only need work on their professional contact info coz they do not answer but customer support on chat is reliable. Highly recommended.

This is honestly my favourite app, had to go service for absolutely everything. I used it for pet grooming and they were so efficient.
The worst service provider in UAE
Nothing is professional with Justlife, neither services nor behavior. Even data is not safe with them. They shared my vote with the service provider staff and he contacted me to ask why did I vote 1 star? Then when I complained they offered me 100 AED coupons.
