No trial period
I should have known. Usually for an app like this you try it out for a couple of days and then you decide it is worth it to be part of your daily routine. It is for that reason, you understand why this app does not offer that. Only after you have purchased it do you see how terrible its interface is, not user friendly, pop-ups, no intuitive training programs, and very pedestrian stretches. If there had been a free trial I wouldn’t have to wish I got my money back.

Before proceeding to purchase this application, it is essential that you take the following into account. The time indicated to complete the exercises does not correspond to reality. For example, if you wish to complete an exercise that supposedly lasts 10 minutes, it will actually take you around 25 minutes. I reported this situation and what I found was a customer service that was extremely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. This feels like a scam, and unfortunately, they are unwilling to refund my money. I feel cheated by this situation.

Simply perfect. I’m a 46 yr old trailrunner/ocr athlete and this app is perfect - clear instructions and short and impactful sessions. Fits my crazy busy schedule!

Subscriptions
Seems like good quality information but their subscription policy is fraudulent. I signed up for a 4 week introductory offer for $9.99. They took payment but then also helped themselves to another payment of $34.99. Be warned. Not very helpful customer support.
My advice is to give them a miss and go elsewhere as they seem to have an aggressive subscription policy and don’t acknowledge any introductory offers. Real shame but it seems it’s all about making money and not actually helping the customer.

Oh my.
That shouldn’t have hurt, but I’ve let myself go and it was eye-opening. I’ve just completed my first two workouts with this app and I really like it. Last year I used another app which I liked as well but this one seems to give a little more detailed instructions so far. So far so good I hope to continue to use this for the next year and I’ll update later.

Dangerous app
This app is very dangerous. It keeps giving me a “customized” plan with expert level stretches when I have clearly input that I am a beginner and can’t even touch my toes. Injury risk is too high so not continuing.
No Way to Cancel
Beware. Once you sign up there is no easy way to cancel.
A Glitch
I just renewed my Just Stretch for a year. It says I am set to go until July 6 2027 . I am stuck in the buying window. Every time I go to the app it wants me to purchase again, please help me get through!
