The app has several stretches for just about every occasion whether it be warm up or cool down morning to get your day started or evening to wind you down.
Also, a good feature is a streak tracker to keep track of how many days in a row that you’ve stretched. Unfortunately, after day 158, there was a glitch and mine started all over again; very unfortunate. But I remember just keep track of it in my head and add it to the new streak I have going. Otherwise very good app.

The exercises are poor at best, so I asked for a cancellation.
THEY DID NOT DO THIS AND TOOK A FURTHER PAYMENT.
They then say it is not there policy to refund!
This is illegal as I clearly asked for the subscription to be cancelled and sent an email showing the previous email stating I wished to cancel. This was ignored and you took payment again.!

Extra charges
This application was charging me 3 times a month for several months until I discovered the charges. When reacted for refund on the two, they suggested no refund as per their policy even if it visible that the three charges were done for one person. So grabby and cheap!

This AI created app with terrible UI does not provide value and I cannot find option to cancel my subscription neither online nor in the app. already, deducted 50$ from my bank account.
