User friendly and Great content
This app has helped me to make small manageable changes to my lifestyle and I feel much better already. Super user friendly, would recommend.
Don’t bother - the most un - user friendly app ever
This app is supposed to improve our well being, it is most definitely the worst app I have ever used - not much better if you log on with a pc. The only thing this app has caused me and my team is stress!
