⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience
I was trying to book a bathroom cleaning service on the Kapston app, but since launch, the app has hardly shown any available slots. Somehow, a slot became available 2 days ago, so I booked it for today.
Later, customer support called me and informed me that the service partner was unavailable and asked me to reschedule for tomorrow. However, when I checked the app, the same partner was still showing as available for today, so I rescheduled the booking back to today.
Again, customer support called and said the partner was unavailable due to an emergency and was not responding. If a service partner is unavailable and not responding, why is the app still showing his slots as available? Can’t customer support or the backend team simply disable his availability until he confirms that he can take bookings?
This creates unnecessary confusion and wastes the customer’s time. As a new service provider, Kapston should have a much better system for managing partner availability and bookings.
Now, after all this, the app is again showing no slots available for the next 4 days.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing first experience. I hope Kapston improves its booking and partner-availability management before expanding further, because customers should not have to repeatedly reschedule due to issues on the service provider side.
