Life saver

This is a must…… this gives me the warning that I need to be careful about my heart

Disappointed

This is my second device. The first one worked fine, I would take multiple EKG’s a day for about a month then suddenly one day I got constant “electrical interference” or “disrupted” messages and my EKG’s were just lines going everywhere. I returned it via Amazon. Then I ordered another one via Best Buy and it lasted about two months I even bought it a case, I thought maybe I dropped the first one even though I was sure I didn’t. And like the first one I was taking multiple EKG’s a day and suddenly one day I got the same issues. So far I haven’t been able to get it to work consistently. Ps : I even changed the battery to both of them thinking it was that but no luck.

FAQ

What does the Kardia app do?

The Kardia app works with specific FDA-cleared Kardia personal EKG devices to record medical-grade EKGs. It provides instant analysis for common arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, and tachycardia. The app also allows you to manage your heart care from home by sharing your heart data with your doctor and tracking your health history.

What are the key features of the Kardia app?

Key features include the ability to capture medical-grade EKGs anytime, anywhere without wires or gels, immediate analysis of your EKG results, and the option to share recordings with your physician or for a clinician review. It also helps you track your heart health data and integrates with Apple Health for a combined view of your metrics.

How much does the Kardia app cost?

The Kardia app itself is free to download and use. However, it requires the purchase of compatible Kardia hardware, such as the KardiaMobile, KardiaMobile 6L, or KardiaBand device, to record EKGs. Additional clinician review services may incur separate costs.

What hardware is needed to use the Kardia app?

To record an EKG with the Kardia app, you need specific hardware: either the KardiaMobile, KardiaMobile 6L, or KardiaBand personal EKG device. These devices are sold separately and are necessary for the app to function for EKG recording.

Who is the Kardia app for?

This app is designed for individuals who want to proactively manage their heart health from home. It is particularly useful for those who need to monitor for common arrhythmias, have been advised by their doctor to track their heart rhythm, or want to easily share EKG data with their healthcare provider for remote assessment.
