EASY to use!
Simple instructional videos. I always have my phone. Why try to keep track of a log book, too?
First time user
Not enough education before sending me home w/device. I am not sure on the visibility of the lights as I am legally blind. I have no idea whether the device is recording.
Cannot log custom text
Not sure why, but no text field is provided when I select “Other”. I am unable to document symptoms, other than the choices provided on the screen.
One thing that would make it better
This is very easy to use and enter in symptoms. One recommendation that I have is I wish there was the ability to track symptoms on your Apple watch. If you’re not in an area where it is appropriate to bring your phone out it would be nice to be able to do it on the Apple Watch so you’re not having to remember the symptom and time of when you pressed the button.

Inadequate design
I had symptoms and pressed the button. Later, when I was able I attempted to add my symptoms to that episode. If that capability existed it’s not obvious and if it’s not available. What a pathetic design. It is not practical nor reasonable to expect people to immediately log their symptoms. We should be able to add the information at a later date.
