App is useless
The app doesn’t give you realistic information about any of the resort at Nick. Restaurants listed don’t actually exist, chat goes no where so you can’t talk to anyone, there is no map of the resort, room service food list on App does not match what is actually available, there is no listing of daily events, so you have to find a small 25” TV in the corner of the resort and sit there as it auto cycles through the full week. This app was definitely a waist of development cost, and is clearly not maintained.

Bad app, worse company
The app is nothing special. It doesn’t have many features. It seems like it was built from a generic template so it doesn’t look great.
I extremely advise not using Karisma at all though. I was actually robbed by the company and I’m disputing charges now with my bank. There are a lot of great all-inclusive experiences out there! You can find plenty that are better

Garbage. When they say in the app description “embark on the Karisma experience before you arrive at one of our resorts” it does now work.
Now it may work on arrival but that’s not what this says.

Amateur app
Nothing really works in this app. The only useful feature is checking out the schedule. Other than that, do not expect much:
- chat doesn’t work
- room remote doesn’t work
- account review crashes the app
- the map is just a jpeg. Better off with paper map
Looks like the first app ever developed by the developer. So bad that I suggest changing career.

Great app
The app works well.
Doesn’t work
Last update for app was 2 years ago. None of the options in the app work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Kept getting technical errors/could not connect to the network. Hasn’t worked so far during my stay. Wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their time downloading.
Nick Resort doesn’t respond to chat
Has the schedule. When no one answered the Operator line - it would have been nice to reach someone on chat but its been a couple of days and still no response even though it says they’re online. The massage says it has a chat but they’re off line. Since the Operator rarely answers the phone, they should make this app more useful for requests like room service (they have that on the TV), housekeeping, and other messages. View menu either doesn’t work or it’s not up to date.
