Saved my dogs life
I have a 1.5 year old Frenchie named Jack. It’s hot in Alabama, but Jack often rides along with me for errands. I put him in the car, turned on the AC and started refilling my window washer fluid. Jack accidentally locked himself inside, the heater was on to de-fog the windshield, and I couldn’t find my spare. After waiting for AAA for almost an hour, I noticed the “KARR Security” sticker on my driver side window, remembered about “that app that I never use”, unlocked the car, and saved my little pup. Thank you guys for making this available.

Update made the app unusable
The app was fine and it worked. This most recent update tries to log in every time you open the app. In pervious it did not do this and was a functional app. Please recode the old app and bring it back. When I don’t have internet in a car park it doesn’t log in and when I do have dodgy internet it takes a while to connect. Then if you leave the app open, it stays vehicle is out of connection range.. when in fact it’s not the case. Please go back to app before this recent update.

Worst update in a while
It isn’t good anymore. It needs internet to connect now. At the start it will make you sign then only will it search to connect to the car. Waste of time. Plz fix it
karr swat
It does what it’s supposed to do. Gives me piece of mind that I can track and get notifications when something happens. Customer service was very professional.

App keeps crashing every time you click on a tab
Worthless
Hasn’t work since I got the truck. Can’t lock or unlock the vehicle. It’s basically worthless. Took forever for it to recognize the vehicle

Why do I keep getting a notification and when I click on it there’s nothing, what’s going on? This just started recently.
Useless
The app never works, they don’t return emails. My car hasn’t reported its location for 60 days. The battery level is so low but nobody answers calls or emails. This is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Gives me real time information on my car! Never have to worry about the area I live in.

Needs more work
I’m on iOS 18.5 and the app becomes unresponsive after clicking on a few option in the main screen. Used to be fine, this is a new bug.
Disappointed
I think this app has so much potential. But they really need to work on it. You have to be standing right next to the vehicle for the app even recognize the vehicle. At this point i’d rather use the vehicle manufacturer app.

Saved my personal belonging
Had my window smashed and right away my alarm started going off instantly, wasn’t able to catch the thieves but was fast enough where they didn’t steal anything.
KARR is a life saver
I recently downloaded the Karr Security app, and I’m seriously impressed by how it protected my charger from being stolen! I was at a café, charging my phone, and got distracted for a moment. Suddenly, I saw someone eyeing my charger. But, thanks to Karr Security’s anti-theft feature, the app instantly sent me an alert as soon as the charger was unplugged, giving me just enough time to grab it back. It was like having a digital security guard on standby! Super intuitive and a lifesaver. Definitely recommend it if you want peace of mind about your devices.

App not working
The app no longer works. It says my car is not in range, even though I’m near it. Also the lock and unlock no longer works. I used to love the app, but no longer use it as the parts I loved are gone.
