Worst update in a while
It isn’t good anymore. It needs internet to connect now. At the start it will make you sign then only will it search to connect to the car. Waste of time. Plz fix it

It does what it’s supposed to do. Gives me piece of mind that I can track and get notifications when something happens. Customer service was very professional.

Worthless
Hasn’t work since I got the truck. Can’t lock or unlock the vehicle. It’s basically worthless. Took forever for it to recognize the vehicle
Confused
Why do I keep getting a notification and when I click on it there’s nothing, what’s going on? This just started recently.
Useless
The app never works, they don’t return emails. My car hasn’t reported its location for 60 days. The battery level is so low but nobody answers calls or emails. This is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Gives me real time information on my car! Never have to worry about the area I live in.

Needs more work
I’m on iOS 18.5 and the app becomes unresponsive after clicking on a few option in the main screen. Used to be fine, this is a new bug.
Disappointed
I think this app has so much potential. But they really need to work on it. You have to be standing right next to the vehicle for the app even recognize the vehicle. At this point i’d rather use the vehicle manufacturer app.

Saved my personal belonging
Had my window smashed and right away my alarm started going off instantly, wasn’t able to catch the thieves but was fast enough where they didn’t steal anything.
KARR is a life saver
I recently downloaded the Karr Security app, and I’m seriously impressed by how it protected my charger from being stolen! I was at a café, charging my phone, and got distracted for a moment. Suddenly, I saw someone eyeing my charger. But, thanks to Karr Security’s anti-theft feature, the app instantly sent me an alert as soon as the charger was unplugged, giving me just enough time to grab it back. It was like having a digital security guard on standby! Super intuitive and a lifesaver. Definitely recommend it if you want peace of mind about your devices.

App not working
The app no longer works. It says my car is not in range, even though I’m near it. Also the lock and unlock no longer works. I used to love the app, but no longer use it as the parts I loved are gone.

The app crashes every time I try to use it. Unable to scan for my vehicle or any other task before it abruptly closes. Can the developer please fix the app?
Towing notification rocks!
So I got this system more so for my security, if something happened I’d get money back (this is different from GAP from what the girl said) anyway, but honestly it comes with really cool features. It allows me to modify if I want alarm on or off, sound on or off and if something or someone hits my car I get notifications sent to my phone. It’s awesome. My FAVORITE tho has been the towing notification. It literally saves my life. I live in LA and it’s always packed, no parking and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and I did but when they tried to mount my car I got a notification, was able to go out to my car in a giffy and was able to convince the guy to leave my car. AGAIN best thing ever! If you don’t have it - get it! From one LA girl to another.
