Waste of time

I tried it about a year ago and got the same response every single thing is valid my documents the id the address I even asked if u need any additional documentation or information how come it didn’t work I just signed up for a ADIB bank about a week ago why didn’t they say im unable to process I never even got to experience the app I tried it the first time to sign up after waiting 1-2 days i got the same Response now with the same wait and actually needed the app in this moment i got the same response what is this????? At this point im just deleting the app. This is unacceptable This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star This is my first time ever writing a bad review for an app how come a manual review of my documentation fail it would've been reasonable if it was done by an ai even an ai accepts it after the first try and this took about 48 hours. What an absolute waste of time I could’ve looked for an other app by that time

My experience with Kast has been extremely frustrating. They announced a 10% cashback campaign from June 15 to July 31 for payments made with the Kast card on Meta and TikTok ads. I made nearly $4,000 in eligible transactions during the campaign, yet I received no cashback.

When I contacted support, they asked me to provide the transaction IDs. However, I discovered that these transactions had disappeared from my Kast transaction history, even though they are still clearly visible in my Facebook payment history from the same period. It appears that Kast removed the transactions from its own history, making it impossible for me to provide the IDs and claim the cashback I was promised.

This is extremely disappointing and feels completely unfair. I fulfilled the campaign requirements, and I expect Kast to investigate the missing transactions and honor the 10% cashback offer.
I’m not using this Bank again.

High fx fees low cashback

I don’t like it. First of all it is not clear that there’s at least $2 cashback when you fund. On ach details screen it just tells you bank details no fee info. Second, fx rate seems higher than in ether.fi even though I’m spending in aed and the rate is officially fixed by the govt. third, cashback has lock up period of 14 days which is way too high. Ether gives you it instantly. Overall don’t recommend

The app doesn’t load

I ve been using this app/bank for a while, the card is free which is good but after few days of using it, i can’t see my current amount that i have i cant acess the cards part, its all bugging, i tried to contact support does work, thank god a took a picture of the card thats how i m using it and also cant even see recent transactions either, as a whole started perfect ended up super baf

Dificuldade absurda para colocar o cartão virtual na apple wallet. No mesmo dia não tive o mesmo problema com outros cartões. Procurei suporte Tecnico e a resposta foi que infelizmente não tinha o que fazer. Agora imagine isso antes mesmo de iniciar transações na conta. Resultado: optei por nem seguir em frente e exclui a mesma. Uma pena.
