Scamming you with massive fees

Fx fees are overtaking cashback. And cashback is even a bet on a future valuable equity. Avoid this card issuer and use something more transparent. U are also selling your coins the moment u deposit into kast which is a taxable event! I am not saying any competitor is better but Kast is really bad

KYC chaotique, zero transparence

À éviter si vous recherchez un processus KYC sérieux. Mon dossier a été traité par plusieurs interlocuteurs avec des demandes incohérentes, des exigences qui changeaient constamment et aucune explication claire sur les rejets répétés de mes documents. Après avoir transmis plusieurs documents personnels sensibles, j’ai perdu toute confiance dans leur procédure. Une expérience très décevante!

Misleading.

They misled me to believe the card would be linkable to Apple Pay, now they are saying it’s a problem from apples side and they can’t do anything about it after I already paid the card fee.

Scam - blocked

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I wired money to my account, and immediately after the transfer, my account was blocked. Support told me I’d receive a final review within 2–3 business days, but now it’s the 4th business day and I still have no resolution.

They don’t seem to understand that people have bills to pay and families to support. It’s incredibly frustrating. What’s even worse is that there’s no phone number to call—only email support and automated bot responses.

I strongly recommend that no one use this app. I’ve already spoken with my lawyer about taking legal action, and I’ll also be contacting the App Store to report this experience.

Replaced my bank with KAST

I’ve been using KAST since 2024 and it has basically replaced my regular bank. The app makes stablecoins feel simple and usable day to day.

I also really like initiatives like the Pudgy Penguins partnership and the World Cup competition. It feels like KAST is building something much bigger than just a crypto card.

Excited to see what comes next. It’s been an incredible journey so far!

Account blocked and money held with no explanation

do not recommend this. My account was blocked right after I received a deposit of 10,701.90 USD, and my money is being held with no explanation. It’s been 48 hours with no response on when it will be released. I’ve contacted support repeatedly and sent every document requested, yet all I get is a generic “your account is under review” — no reason, no deadline. Zero transparency and total disregard for the customer. I demand the immediate release of my account and my money

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Stay far away from this app !!!They froze the funds in my account without warning and provided no meaningful explanation. To make matters worse, customer service was virtually nonexistent. Reaching out for help was a complete waste of time, and I was left with no answers and no access to my money.

An app that can suddenly restrict access to your funds and then ignore your concerns should not be trusted, especially if you keep a large balance in your account. The lack of transparency, accountability, and support is deeply concerning. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a financial platform, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
