Not worth your time and wasted money.
This app and bank are incredibly frustrating to use. You literally have to go in to the bank or to an ATM to get assitance. Every transaction requires verification through the Klíč app, making simple purchases a nightmare because they end up timing-out before the transaction is ever complete. Online transactions and big-ticket items, like plane tickets, are even worse due to the excessive security measures. The verification process feels more like an obstacle than a safeguard, wasting valuable time. I moved all my money elsewhere.

Terrible bank and reps
The app is “ok” but it needs to be way better so that it can replace the employees there. They are useless and rarely at work. It’s incredible. So this app has a lot riding on it. You can’t send money from it, only through their website, which is another priece of work. Stay far far away

If only I could consistently view my balance …
I really don’t understand what’s so difficult about making a banking app that consistently shows you your balance. Instead I’m greeted with “balance not available” for every single account except my pension one which is … surprise surprise, not actually held at KB! It might be time to change banks. If I can have access to my accounts and balances because KB can’t afford proper developers, then they shouldn’t handle my money.

Chybí podpora větší velikosti iPhone 6/6s obrazovky.
Neomluvitelná chyba, po skoro dvou letech od představení 4.7 palcových iPhone obrazovek.

Co je to za banku, která podporuje jen nejnovější verzi iOS? Idioti.

Co takhle podpora rozhrani pro vsechny iPhony? Vzdyt to prece neni tak tezke. Roztahnute rozhrani optimalizovane na iPhone 5 je v roce 2016 ubohost.

Bohužel nefunguje aktualizace kurzů měn a bankomaty na mapě se zobrazují o stovky metrů mimo. Chce to opravit a bude to celkem dobrá aplikace.

Soucasna podoba aplikace je prakticky k nicemu... Slibovaneho updatu se asi jen tak nedockame.
