Haircut in Kcuts China Town
The haircut was quite good, but there are a lot of improvement areas for the app. The card storing feature is not as good as expected. When a card is stored, there is no indication of completion.
Terrible app! Beware!
The app is useless. It doesn’t refresh itself. I went from No. 2 in queue to I have missed my queue in an instant. And then they automatically make you wait behind 3 others when you’re stranding at the shop! Ridiculous.

Poor customer experience
The first time I had the service from them i was so disappointed to their work, the cut was not clean, not symmetrical, not even followed what I asked (because they want to finish in 10mins) i gave another chance as a benefit of the doubt. So I booked again. The app gave me queue number they I thought it’s gonna take long but then when I checked I already missed my queue like i didn’t even went out. On few secs missed the queue already? So it’s okay it was resolved. But then i showed the stylist the cut I want. She decided again without my consent! Now I looked stupid on what she did to me. I need to wait for more day to get this fixed in other salon. Coz Kcuts is really unprofessional and really not good in this. I hate your service!

made my way over to the shop when i was next in line, on the way the stylist had called for my number, seeing as I was not there, my queue was skipped and sent to the back of the queue. I understand the need for efficiency but what is the point of the app if I have to still physically wait at the store?

PDPA Privacy Concern
Just downloaded the app because the in-store machines have been deactivated - but customers are forced to register, provide email, phone number, even Date of Birth just for a haircut, as customers can’t opt out, and neither is there a guest mode to purchase a ticket.
Pretty sure this contravenes our PDPA guidelines - as those required personal details are not essential in order to provide a haircut.
Not going to give up my private data for a haircut.

Visited kcuts 417 Fernvale Link. Payment and booking thru the app was a breeze. Agnes, the stylist, was friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my cut! Quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Beyond Rubbish App, Still Completely Useless After Months and Months and Months
Credit card payments systematically fail. Completely rubbish app, beyond fail. Might as well not have bothered to develop it. I see you have also quietly put back all the cash machines. Some apps need to be buried at the bottom of a volcano of a different planet in another universe. This is one of them.

Was asked to leave a review during my visit to get a haircut. Hope this helps others, but I’d prefer more time before forming a real opinion. Oh, I meant to say it's nice, got a haircut @ Seletar Mall.
