Great App but Needs Apple Watch Compatibility
The app works smoothly and makes accessing apartment incredibly convenient. However, adding Apple Watch compatibility would take this app to the next level; being able to unlock my room from my wrist would be a huge upgrade in both functionality and convenience. Hope to see that in a future update!

Greatest thing ever!
Do you know how many times I got locked out of my room because my key got demonetized and or I left the keys in the room? After downloading the Keymo lock app, I never got locked out of my room. Once the hotel owner explain to me how do use it is very easy to use. Also, the app tells you how long you going to stay. One of the first thing I ask when I go to the hotel do they except Keymo Locks. I’m sorry to say people who leave one star reviews they do not know how do use the App. try the app for yourself before you judge and I think you’ll love it just as much as I do. For those people who still want to key, you can get it with addition to the app download on your phone.

The App Is A Joke
I live in an apartment complex where you need a key fob to unlock your door. Management tried to introduce this app as an alternative to the key fob in case you forget your keys. I rarely forget my keys but the couple times I did the app failed to come through for me. Don’t waste your time. This isn’t an alternative whatsoever.

Useless app
Does not work at all. Tried reprogramming multiple times and it just says apple wallet suppressing when you try to use it followed by communication error.

Apple Pay suppresses this app and has become useless

Needs a new user interface but works perfectly to get into my apartment!

Too many steps:
Have to turn on the app and press 2-3 steps just to tap on the sensor.
+ have to hold the tap 3-5 secs more just to get access. By that time the elevator is already move before you can press your floor. Super annoying.
Fob is still a lot more simple and more convenient than this.
Would be better if it could be in a form of e-card on apple wallet. Would be a lot more convenient.

Doesn’t work
Hotel could not download lock data.
Workes great as a hotel key!
I saw a sign for this app (🎶and it opened up my eyes), and opted to use it instead of a physical key. I had no problem! Of course I didn't expect it to immediately unlock, but I tapped "unlock", held it to the door, it opened. 3 times so far, no problems. No unnecessary sign up/login to create, no errors, nothing. It just works. I think this poor app may have an unjustified low rating at least by my experience :)

When I try to open the front door of my apartment with the app, it opens up my Apple wallet instead and I can’t get in.

I have found the app to be stable and reliable so far (1 week). I am confident enough that I stopped carrying the key fob for my apartment. It would be great if their was Apple Watch compatibility so that I didn’t have to pull out my phone. Would be a great convenience when coking home with hands full.

Get Ready to Be Locked Out
My apartment complex uses this app as a backup in case there is an issue with the key fob we use to get into our apartments. I’ve tried this about a dozen times and it has worked exactly once. Same with my roommate. App is absolutely useless, you will not be able to get into your apartment (or whatever you are trying to get into with it). We gave up and got an extra copy of the fob and keep it in a lockbox.
