Keynest user for many years for my Airbnbs. Saves me a lot of time and staying on top of all of my weekly check-ins. App is also very helpful providing notifications so I’m always up-to-date
LOST KEYS. Avoid
They lost our keys and when we went to the keynest point to enquire about it they allowed us to root through ALL keys they hold....
Then when we reported this, they deny it and give us a generic "...our process is strictly managed. Keys are only ever released with a valid collection code, verified through our Customer Support team over the phone."
No offer of refund. We've cancelled the service.
