Honestly I could’ve developed this app in 30minutes, it is hilarious how bad it is.

This app is useless. You can’t schedule appointments with your doctor. You can’t access the directory to find a new doctor or hospital. Why did someone even develop this app?

I can't log in!! It tells me I have the wrong password, then when I go to the website I get through!? Trash app!! I wish I could give it zero stars but that's not an option!!
Why does this even exist?
I downloaded the app and thought great mobile access to my benefits. The only issue is every time I login I get a screen that shows my name and birthday, but then the app errors out. Their customer service keeps hanging up on me so I figured I would leave this review.
Doesn’t load
App opens, says “waiting” then goes to an infinite white screen. Deleted!

You have to change your instructions to let everyone know when entering member identification don’t insert the first 3 letters

Try to set it up it ran me all around wouldn’t let me finish setting my account up but yet tells me user name already exist so now I can’t get in

You can download this app but it will do you no good I’m new and I tried to put in my info and it says I’m not found when I clearly registered like less than 10 minutes earlier so my advice is do not download this app they need to do a lot of work to make it work properly

Just DELETED after USING it for YEARS!
Don’t know what happened! Used to work. Wasn’t great but it was helpful. Especially when I needed a copy of my card…helped me countless times. Just gonna have to figure out how to get one on my phone now. App keeps saying I’m locked out. But I’m fine on the web. I’ve called & ive emailed about it. A shame, it WAS pretty convenient for me. I’m not the only one whose having the identical issue….so it’s clearly an app problem. Oh well…was helpful while it lasted.
