Follow-Up: Payment Debited, No Order Created & No Response

I placed an order through the app, and although the payment was successfully processed, the order was never created, does not appear in my order history, and I did not receive any order confirmation.

I immediately reported the issue via email, but I have not received any response, update, or refund. This delay and lack of communication are very disappointing.

Kindly investigate this matter urgently, process my refund without any further delay, and provide me with an update on the status of my complaint as soon as possible.

أسوأ تجربة طلب مرّت علي. طلبت من المطعم والطلب ما وصلني نهائياً، ولما تواصلت معهم بكل بساطة قالوا استرجاع المبلغ يحتاج 5 أيام! الخطأ منهم والطلب ما وصل، ومع ذلك يخلون العميل ينطر أيام عشان يرجعون فلوسه. تعامل سيئ جداً وعدم احترام لوقت العميل أو حقه. أكيد آخر مرة أطلب منهم، وما أنصح أي شخص يطلب من هالمطعم إذا هذي طريقتهم بحل المشاكل

جيد وعروض مقبوله بس في احسن

اتمنى النظر في الاسعار وحساب نسبة الخصم لان الخصم مايناسب قيمة المبلغ فيه خطاء حسابي يعني تخصم ٣٠ بالميه من مبلغ عشر دنانير يصير الحساب ٨.٥٠٠ ثمان دنانير ونصف مايصير الكلام هذا احسبو عدل
