नीजि कम्पनीमा यो तहको कर्मचारीको लापर्वाही मैले संसारमा कँही देखेको र सुनेको छैन । फोन उठाउने मात्र काम मात्र हो भन्ने बुझेको कर्मचारी , सेवाग्राहीप्रतिको कर्तव्य दायित्व केही छैन । यिनको माथिको व्यवस्थापन कस्तो होला । अझ उदेक्लाग्दो कुरा त के भने kyc विवरण भर्दा आफ्नो कागजातको फोटो पठाउँदा अगाडी (front) र पछाडि (back) को एउटै पठाउनुभयो भनेर पो जिद्दी गर्छ , त्यसको screenshot, video प्रमाण पठाउँदा पनि । आफ्नो App, Website को प्राविधिक पक्ष केही समस्या छ की भनेर जाँच गर्नु त कता हो कता । त्यसैले आफ्नो रक्तचाप Low छ भने मात्र यसको ग्राहक बन्नुहोला । ग्राहक सेवा कक्षमा फोन गर्नुहोला ।

If possible i would rate it 0 or negative… I have been scammed by Imepay in the name of khalti exit settlement… and this app has been merged with ime pay.. please migrate to esewa instead

Far Worse than PayPal

This is utter insolence from the devs. The app is trash- it violates the utter meaning for trash. Upgrade up, be better or you guys will be in street and drains soon enough.

Esewa is far better than this if you add money from bank they gonna suddenly make your account in inactive. And after making you in trouble they gonna show back the fund. Cheap app and fraudster is working here. 🤮. Zero security of fund. Close the app or give higher security like bank.

I really want Khalti to succeed so there’s a good alternative to eSewa. This app is a spam bot. Constant ads as noifications. The company doesn’t respect its customers.

Disappointment

My experience with the Khalti app has been far from satisfactory. The app comes across as unreliable and poorly managed.
On several occasions, transactions either failed or were delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and without clear answers.
The biggest disappointment is the customer service. It is almost non-existent, with no real effort to resolve issues or even provide a basic level of communication. When I reached out for help, the responses were either automated or unhelpful, making the process even more frustrating.

Bring an option to change display picture after getting kyc verified

What an stupid app all the finance apps and wallets gives you an option to change your profile to whatever you want after verifying kyc and then there’s this app. Bring that option first then only i will start using this app.

Worst customer service and app

I recently purchased a movie ticket for a group of five. Initially, the app showed an error during the transaction. To be on the safe side, I checked my bank account, and there was no charge, so we assumed the booking hadn’t gone through. One of my friends then tried from his account, and his transaction was successful.

However, about five minutes later, I received a bank notification showing that the amount had been deducted from my account for the same booking. When I checked the app, the ticket was indeed there. I immediately called customer service, but they refused to issue a refund, claiming it was my fault and that their terms and conditions don’t cover such situations.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ended up having to give up my ticket because we already had another set. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I will never use this app again it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Reminder

After linking to the bank , they charge 10 in every transaction. The fact is there is only provision of 5000 per month to transit freely to link bank which is the worst thing . So sift to the next app .. you know better..
