No Answer for a Refund
I had just deposited money to my Account. When i asked them for a refund the customer service was least bothered. I also sent them an email and its been two months still no reply. So I’m writing this review in hopes that they will reply otherwise it will stay up. And i will also be writing reviews on other platforms. This is not right to take someone’s money and not return.

Worst digital wallet ever
Customer care service is very bad. The take weeks to verify kyc and in the end reject it for the most weirdest reasons, like photo didnt match just cause my hair was shorter or mom got a little older.
Dont bother using this app. Mobile banking and esewa/phonepay are way better than this joke of an app.

नीजि कम्पनीमा यो तहको कर्मचारीको लापर्वाही मैले संसारमा कँही देखेको र सुनेको छैन । फोन उठाउने मात्र काम मात्र हो भन्ने बुझेको कर्मचारी , सेवाग्राहीप्रतिको कर्तव्य दायित्व केही छैन । यिनको माथिको व्यवस्थापन कस्तो होला । अझ उदेक्लाग्दो कुरा त के भने kyc विवरण भर्दा आफ्नो कागजातको फोटो पठाउँदा अगाडी (front) र पछाडि (back) को एउटै पठाउनुभयो भनेर पो जिद्दी गर्छ , त्यसको screenshot, video प्रमाण पठाउँदा पनि । आफ्नो App, Website को प्राविधिक पक्ष केही समस्या छ की भनेर जाँच गर्नु त कता हो कता । त्यसैले आफ्नो रक्तचाप Low छ भने मात्र यसको ग्राहक बन्नुहोला । ग्राहक सेवा कक्षमा फोन गर्नुहोला ।

Far Worse than PayPal
This is utter insolence from the devs. The app is trash- it violates the utter meaning for trash. Upgrade up, be better or you guys will be in street and drains soon enough.
Wrostest payment app
Esewa is far better than this if you add money from bank they gonna suddenly make your account in inactive. And after making you in trouble they gonna show back the fund. Cheap app and fraudster is working here. 🤮. Zero security of fund. Close the app or give higher security like bank.

Its says error most of the time and cant do transaction when you are most in need. useless app, esewa is better
