Customer care service is very bad. The take weeks to verify kyc and in the end reject it for the most weirdest reasons, like photo didnt match just cause my hair was shorter or mom got a little older.
Dont bother using this app. Mobile banking and esewa/phonepay are way better than this joke of an app.

This is utter insolence from the devs. The app is trash- it violates the utter meaning for trash. Upgrade up, be better or you guys will be in street and drains soon enough.

Esewa is far better than this if you add money from bank they gonna suddenly make your account in inactive. And after making you in trouble they gonna show back the fund. Cheap app and fraudster is working here. 🤮. Zero security of fund. Close the app or give higher security like bank.

The biggest disappointment is the customer service. It is almost non-existent, with no real effort to resolve issues or even provide a basic level of communication. When I reached out for help, the responses were either automated or unhelpful, making the process even more frustrating.
