Important - Don’t use the option for adding things onto the same order (even if just a few minutes later after you checked out), because they will charge shipping again!
It doesn’t make any sense, but every time you add something to the same order, they charge extra shipping, even if they are all delivered together.
So if you forgot one small item, it’s not worth it. Just buy somewhere else then, with free shipping.
Other than that, I’m happy with the overall experience.

Have Kibsons Systems Reached a New Low?
I used to love Kibsons but their reliability of stock (shockingly bad) and customer care (platitudinous at best) is so poor, one can no longer rely on them to deliver stock when you order and pay for it. Disappointed (and hungry).
Too many updates
Every time i open the app and it requires update. Also very often crashes. I m using iphone and have no problem with other apps
dissatisfied
Don't expect to receive fresh vegetables, milk, or fresh bread. They choose items nearing their expiration date and send them. I've complained many times, and they apologize and repeat the same process. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything fresh from them; they only deceive you into thinking it's fresh.

Will not regret
I LAUV everything ON this app the prices to food ratio is realistic unlike most groceries - there is just two things that stopped me from giving them 5 stars
1 . I live in AUH , so delivery is next day from Dubai ( looking forward to the 2nd branch )
2. The new update has A LOT of bugs and the app is lagging MAJORLY it took me 45 mins to order 3 things and checkout .
All in All STROOOONGLY recommended
To whoever is in charge and to he/she that created Kibsons you are magnificent ( kudos to you )

Price increase
They have doubled their prices since the war started. This is not allowed and should be reprimanded
Customer service is lacking
Customer service could be a lot more helpful, reliable and friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer and it’s around the 8th time that customer service has made a mistake and hasn’t bothered to offer any compensation or apology. They only ask that the customer proves that she/he didn’t receive the order, or to be home the next day to receive the missing items- how odd.

App barely works
New update makes it Very difficult if not impossible to search for items. Leaves you in a never ending scroll with no search results resulting for basic items. Love KIBSONS but their app is actually what prevents me from using them anymore, I can’t add anything to my basket!

Too slow
Keeps hanging
Slow app
At first is ok, but after seeing and choosing some items, the app starts tu hang up, go really slow.
The app keeps freezing
The app makes my phone over heat and keeps freezing so I have to close and open again

Site working issues
Why would you launch the site which is not working yet? Spent all morning trying to order: Safari browser is not supporting and on Chrome - the payment getaway is not working. The customer support on the phone said: it’s the way to work around. I wonder: why it should be on the account my time?
Fix the bugs
I love Kibsons range and prices but the bugs are getting so bad it’s impossible to get through the shopping sometimes and I have to give up and go elsewhere. The app freezes, it doesn’t show all the produce, it glitches and it doesn’t get better even if you delete and upload the app again.
Love Kibsons but app disfunctional
It never works. Never loads. I think I’ve been a customer for 8 years? I’ve stopped because the app never works. Hope they fix it.
The Best Grocery online store so Faaaaarrrr
Till now I have bought few items 3 times and I love it already. I emailed them with a suggestion and they literally emailed back in 10mn, which was not autogenerated. I know from their reply that they read my email and actually replied back which made me appreciate their customer support team. I hope you don’t change a thing and just keep doing a great job 👍

Have to give 2 for my review , I reported the issue of accepting order and paying for it, then after sometime order cancelled, told them several times either accept or reject at time of order and still same issue,
Other Apps like Grandiose and others just withdraw money after confirming items exist, but not leaving you to pay then refund.
am I supposed to provide the food to some family members and leave others in case of partial order as beef for instance ????
