Have Kibsons Systems Reached a New Low?
I used to love Kibsons but their reliability of stock (shockingly bad) and customer care (platitudinous at best) is so poor, one can no longer rely on them to deliver stock when you order and pay for it. Disappointed (and hungry).
App barely works
New update makes it Very difficult if not impossible to search for items. Leaves you in a never ending scroll with no search results resulting for basic items. Love KIBSONS but their app is actually what prevents me from using them anymore, I can’t add anything to my basket!
The app keeps freezing
The app makes my phone over heat and keeps freezing so I have to close and open again

Unusable
Since the last update, nothing works. Links and searches just hang. Tried deleting and reinstalling; it’s the same. Link for app support just opens the app… and it hangs. Giving up and ordering on my laptop, which is way less convenient.
App is slow and difficult to use
It’s a good service, but I’m surprised at the poor quality of the app. Absolutely draining to try and do a weekly shop on the app. Any search takes so long to load and not very intelligent search function. For example, when searching for kitchen roll the only items that show is bread rolls.
Cover everything
This app has made my family life easier, please keep it up with the same quality.
Severe Overheating Issue – Needs Urgent Fix
The Kibsons app causes my iphone 16 pro to heat up significantly after just a short time of use. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, but it’s quite concerning. I hope the developers can look into this and fix it as soon as possible.

Quality has gone down awfully
My recent purchases always turn out with either spoiled or completely raw items. Unfortunately they seem to get away with it, as no one has time to select their needs on picking items and then sitting down again on the app to make complaints etc. i got spoiled celery and raw tomatoes and funny enough when complained apart from picture, email etc they asked me we will refund but you have to return the spoiled items 😅 they are unbelievably out of customer service. We are done with kibsons
