Registration failure
The hub connects to WiFi but then requires registration which I assume is it connecting to Kinetico’s cloud server, but the registration always fails and tells me to try again. System is unreliable which given its purpose it totally unacceptable.
Will not find WiFi
Have tried over multiple days and the app just sits in “Please Wait” when I’m trying to connect my home network. The hub is connected via WiFi but the app freezes every time I try to find the home network. The whole water shut off system is useless without this app working.
Piece of crap
We’ve had the leak detection system for only a few hours. (1) I’ve had to manually override the leak shutoff valve twice due to false alarms. (2) the hub keeps insisting there’s no internet connection (when there is) and won’t reconnect after multiple attempts.
