Very difficult to set up
This is just a payment for parking apps and yet request very complicated password, how you want user to memorise this kind of password compared to those important banking apps?
Some more request my NRIC photo and I spent quite some time but still cannot go through.
Again I want to say this is just to ease for payment of parking fee and not to create trouble for me.

Unable to make payment
Been trying to make fe payment yet both mention invalid account. Customers service have no response for assist.
My account was removed?
After I updated the app, I cannot login anymore as my number was appeared to be “not-registered”.
Also, it already cannot be used at Pavilion Bukit Jalil for months.
And it almost log me out for no reason.

Good Application
Good application and initiating very fast visa transaction.
Stuck in Kipling car park for 30 minutes
Lame app takes so much data from you that it takes 10 minutes to make your first deposit. Last time I used it was 4 years ago and it still hasn’t improved. No wonder your ratings are so low
Absolutely rubbish app
I top up in the app, and for me just to transfer the amount, it requires me to self-verify. The verification process is super terrible! After taking so long for the system to just do the scanning of IC and identify details, it also requires a 3 second video taking for facial verification. After trying few times, it keeps showing “Latitude cannot be empty” and there’s no button whatsoever to go back or ask help. I can’t finish the verification and cannot transfer the money. Absolutely rubbish.

firstly idk y but the management encourage us to pay our laundry using kiple pay but really it is just a pain to do so i even cannot toup my kiple pay and use mu friends’ instead nak submit verify id pun kenot id pun suruh rescan la amende la patut la student ramai tak pakai dobi kat block ni semua cause the app itself pun isnt working properly. -♾️/10

Topup
Only allows maximum of RM1000 topup from credit and debit card per month. Totally defeats the purpose of an ewallet.

Tooen expired and forever loading
I use it regularly but still experience token expired and forever stuck in loading, have to delete and reinstall again, lousiest!

stopper when trying to verify my identification, process already 100% when scanning but unable to process to next step, please make sure your QA or tester do their job accordingly before approve this module going production
Error in Topup Money
I couldn’t verify myself.. almost hundred times trying.. I also cannot topup money into it, it just blinked.. please resolve this problem as soon as possible. What the functions of this apps if i couldn’t topup money into it 🥲
