Key doesn’t even swipe half the time - swiping mechanic needs to be changed to a clicking one

Terrible interface, need to type password every time
Clearly built with zero feedback from customers, the app forces you to type in your account password every time you need to open a door with it.
Would understand if this was needed after a month of inactivity, though need to do this every week!
Go for a better alternative if you value the sanity of your customers.

App is slow/does not open on 5g
When on 5g the app does not open. When on 4g yes and is fast. Please solve this issue
Good app poor execution
Just spent 10 minutes walking round the complex trying to figure out how to unlock the door- turns out you just have to swipe on the key you’re using, but there’s absolutely no indication that you need to swipe.
Please just add this to the app it made me very upset earlier.

Excellent and Super Reliable
I’ve been using the Klevio app for two years now at our home. It has never let us down once. The app has been a life saver allowing me to open the out front door remotely for guests and to give access in emergencies. Great control over e-keys for cleaners and workmen with time limited access and motivations when they arrive.

The app equivalent of mistaking a bidet for a toilet
The app does not work, it’s does not lock doors. The lock on the door merely makes a noise of the bolt sliding across to lock the door. In actual fact, it does not lock. Leaving the property open to robbery. Would not recommend this app for use of locking doors, ever. You’d be better off propping up a chair against the door, under the handle as this is more secure than using this app.

Fix auto log out
I’m consistently automatically logged out from this app every month or so. If you’re going to do that you should at least support face / Touch ID. I wish we could just go back to using an analog key...

Hi kaamoss, thanks for your feedback and for using Klevio. The app automatically logs you out after 10 days of inactivity as a security precaution. If the app logged you out before 10 days of inactivity, this may have happened due to a bad network connection on your phone. If our system is unable to confirm that you're logged into your app due to bad connectivity, the app automatically logs you out to protect your personal data. Regarding biometric identification (face recognition & fingerprint unlock), the app does support this, but only as a second level of security once you’re already signed into the app. You can set up biometric identification in Settings (‘More’ tab) on your Klevio app. Hope this helps! Fantastic app for a great product.
This works well, is easy to use and allows the simple sharing of keys to anyone with a smartphone. I use it a lot and have never had any problems.
