Misleading
I completed offers because the app showed I needed about 50 points for an instant cash advance. After I earned 278 points, my advance amount dropped from $100 to $60, and the instant deposit requirement suddenly increased to over needing 2,600 points. Can you explain why the requirement changed after I earned the points? This feels misleading

Tired of having to reconnect my debit card and Klover keep taking 10 cents out of my account and NEVER giving me an advance. This is a joke. Also found out that until I have a certain amount of points I can’t get an advance cause of the state I live in. Wow what a joke.

Klover “Support” said EarnIn was supposed to send me some “welcome email” and without that screenshot I couldn’t get the points for clicking on their promotion. EarnIn support says “we don’t partner with Klover and we don’t send out Welcome emails to every new member.” Just what I thought - FRAUDS! Priyansh in “support” at this lying Klover app can shove it. AVOID!!!!

It makes me keep reconnecting my card and when it does that it takes a week to settlement
Advance even though they have already took the money out. Then the advance amount changes so drastically. It will go from one week $900 to the next week o my $150 and I get the same $2900 deposited every 2 weeks. They never give you your points. You have to submit a ticket like 3 times to get your points.

Long Re-lending period
This app is great, except getting another loan takes about a week whereas other apps are instant or only a day wait once paid back.
App is messed up
Every time I log in I have to reenter my card details so my card isn’t never validated. My trail has started and about to end even though my card was never validated. It says trail isn’t supposed to start until card is validated. I can’t get a hold of customer service.

A Frustrating and Degrading Payday App Experience. The nerve!
This payday app stands out from the others for all the wrong reasons. Instead of offering quick and straightforward help when people are already struggling, it makes customers jump through endless hoops just to earn points. You have to watch mind-numbing videos, invite friends, take surveys, and do other mediocre tasks before you can even get close to the support you need. Times are hard enough already, and making people work this hard for basic access to cash feels degrading and insulting. A payday app should be there to help people in a difficult moment, not treat them like they have to earn every little bit of assistance through tedious busywork.

Doesn’t credit the big points .
I have did two missions worth 20k points and never received My points . I spent money to like they asked , but when I do a survey I get my points . The trying to get over 50 is hard because they don’t credit . Waste of time

Terrible App! Seems like a scam!
Every time I got approved and tried to log in, it prompted me to upload my card just to log in! All my info was accurate. I would have to wait days again for my card to be approved and once it was approved it had to log in with my card again causing a delay. I tried for a week, it’s not worth it.
Wishy washy
This app may provide a very small amount of money and it’s fine if you are VERY desperate but you have to earn points to unlock advances by taking surveys most of which DQ you for one reason or another or watching videos or d/l sketchy partner apps.
