The points and cash out process is a joke. They try to force you to gamble just to get points when the advance amounts are never consistent. Feels like a scam and is a waste of time. I’ve been a dedicated user for a couple years but now it’s apparent since their change with the point system, all they care about is getting you addicted to gambling.
Oh and doing tasks for points are rarely worth it because points rarely process correctly. Customer service is even a bigger joke.

This is sad. I spent a WHOLE TWO DAYS playing games, doing surveys, just to get a $100 advance. Well I wanted it instantly, so I chose the faster option and the bank kept rejecting it.. so I went with the 3-5 business days.. well my payback day is today!!!! Yet I haven’t even received the $100 yet!!! Like tell me that’s not awkward … I’m not paying it back.. until I get my advance… the point of the advance was for extra cash, but here I am waiting for it yet I owe you $100 for money I haven’t even received. What a joke!!!

They have a permanent , purposeful glitch that makes it impossible to do through the app, and they don’t have any support that is non-AI. You will end up having to dispute the charge with your bank so make sure you take a picture of the glitch. You can link your entire bank and it says you have to complete “tasks” to “unlock” your advance which takes hours upon hours of watching ads, etc. it would take at least a week to unlock a $100 advance. This is not a real cash advance, if it were you would just give me my money. This is like a survey website repacked as a “cash advance”. You have to fill out surveys to even access your own money and let a bunch of sites harvest your data.
