This app has taken a very cumbersome process and made it quick and easy. Now our employees just add expenses and receipts whenever they occur. It only takes seconds.
I get a clean, detailed, easy to read report whenever I want!
We have some employees that have company credit cards while others do reimbursements. We also have some company vehicles with fuel cards while some of our folks use personal vehicles and turn in mileage reimbursements. This app handles all these scenarios flawlessly!
My accountant is finally satisfied!!!
We also use it to track vendors that we have accounts with. We set them up as a category and when our people charge something to our account, they just enter it into the app and I can get a report on our charge accounts anytime. No surprises when the invoices come in.
We are exploring setting up individual projects as categories so we can track expenses by project.
