Worse safari park ever been
This safari park was a major disappointment. The enclosures were poorly maintained, and many animals looked distressed in their cramped spaces. Staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Literally, there was nothing to do. The foot safari was just like you can walk around town with humans only. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Just waste of money never recommend a visit. Got nothing for the money I spent.

Impossible to sign-in to the app.
Used the app a year ago and it enhanced the visit providing commentary as we went round the park. This was vital as a number of our party are visually impaired.
I’ve tried to download the updated app and it impossible to create an account or sign in to (why do you need to skim this data?). The link to carry on without signing in does not work.
This is going to be detrimental for our visit tomorrow as you no longer provide this support for disabled visitors.

Awful app!
All I wanted to do was look at the map for a visit to Knowsley Safari so why do I need to sign up? When I click ‘continue as guest’ it doesn’t take me anywhere!
Updated App is vastly improved
The new app brings purchasing tickets, visit guide and animal information all within one easy to navigate location on your mobile device. You can find exactly where to find the animals with pictures and information about them making the whole visit experience far more engaging before, during and after your day out.

Good for maps and info, and identifying the animals on the safari drive, but the sounds wouldn’t work, and kids (and I) would have loved to hear more about the different animals as we drove round

Brilliant day out
Excellent value for money.
When I booked the entry time I had doubts that I’d made a mistake. Nooo, entered the park at 10.00 am and left at 17.30.
With a 2 year old and five year old in tow, thought it would be a short day and hard work keeping them entertained - no way, the park had everything to entertain all of us. Children were asleep at 19.00.

Family day
With ages ranging from 7 to 78 as a family we had a brilliant day. Something for everybody. We took a picnic although we discovered plenty of places to eat which we would happily use next time.

Great app, persistent with asking to rate after one use!
No sound on guide
There is no sound on the drive safari section. You tap on the animal and press play for information and there’s nothing. Same for my partner.

Covid info blue screen no info !
Covid info takes you to a blue screen, nothing shows so that’s no help.
No maps so can’t find toilets, food, roundabouts, in fact anything in app.
Looking for picknick areas in app none existent or on there website shows no information at all due to go tomorrow. So I’ll bring a compass.

Great day out good value for money I have a yearly pass and was taking my grandson as often as I could he loves it looking forward to visiting again when lockdowns over ❤️🌈

Loved safari today it was a rainy day but all the animals seemed to be out just off for a walk around to sed sea lions and tigers hopefully if the rain doesn’t pour but a great place very wheelchair friendly we have an annual pass my dinner loves coming xx

We found your Safari Park outstanding with your hygiene during this Coronavirus. We were very impressed when your staff went in after people had used the toilet. Also your staff cleaned the rides after people had been on.

This app is great to use while driving or walking around Knowsley safari park.It tells you everything you need to know and it is very clear.It is definitely worth it to go there my experience was amazing I loved it especially the cheeky baboons.
Fantastic Days our and something different to see each time we visit
We bought the memberships for ourselves and grandchildren. The Safari Park is a fantastic day out. We never get bored of going there as each time we visit, which is often, we plan something different to do. It’s a magical and educational day and brings great joy to our family. We have also been to see Father Christmas and the fantastic Christmas event and have bought an intrepid explorers gift for one of our grandchildren. Great memories for us all xx

Grate day out for a family! We have visited the safari on Saturday and we have had a really amazing and enjoyable day ! From the animals and monkeys jumping on top the cars to rides enjoyable experience Will visit again
