I had authorized a purchase for $19.33 I was given a discount then somehow something popped up on your website charged me $50 with one click of a button to my account and then when I tried to cancel something else popped up and told me not to cancel my membership I had accidentally pressed something and it charged me $1 I would like my refund of $70.33 on top of that it took away my membership that should have been 3-6 months and somehow I only have it for one month now I will be reporting if money is not sent back this is a huge scam charged $70.33 and only have a member ship for one month when it should be longer in the first place I should receive my refund immediately I have the charges to prove it and will dispute if no one gets back to me this app is very sneaky I went to my Apple to see the charges and it says free when it clearly shows $70.33 on my account

Real deal
I’ve never had a more helpful app in my phone for weight loss until now. It keeps me honest and I’ve noticed an improvement in memory, reduced sugar cravings and consumption conscious. The app also comes with great insights and information so you know what to eat and what stage your body is in. I absolutely recommend this app.-Maria

FRAUD - SCAM
Don’t get this app, it is a scam! If I could give 0 stars I would. This app charged me initially. Then immediately within minutes tried to charge double the amount. Luckily it got denied because it looked suspicious. I tried to then email support to tell them I’d like a refund since I had cancelled the subscription, got an automated email. Then the next morning had an alert from my bank that ANOTHER charge had tried to go through. Thankfully they only got the initial $25 as of now, still going to try and dispute that, but they tried to charge an additional $49.99 + $25. Save yourself the time and energy and money.

Hallo liebes Kompanion Team, bis jetzt finde ich die App eigentlich ganz okay nur man kann nachdem man sich ein Plan ausgesucht hat ihn nicht mehr ändern was echt blöd ist denn ich wollte echt gerne ein anderen machen. Ich finde es auch echt blöd das die Nährwerte nicht bei den Rezepten dabei sind das ist ja eine App speziel aufs abnehmen fokussiert wo Rezepte dabei sind aber ohne Kalorien Angabe. Was echt blöde ist ich habe mir erhofft das die App mir Ideen gibt. Es wäre echt cool wenn man die Nährwerte nicht extra raussuchen muss sondern sie bei den Rezept Angaben dabei wären.

Was die Rezepte betrifft: In deinem Speiseplan findest du zu allen Rezepten vollständige Nährwerte und Kalorienangaben. Charge extra then what was showing
They charged three extra transactions on my card when the actual amount was $38 but they did multiple transactions on my account and there is no support to contact. And then I have to call my bank to cancel these transactions. It’s a scam.

I just got this app. It said it would charge me $10. Ok fine. I go look at my bank and it’s charged me $49.99. I never once agreed to this purchase. I have emailed them. I’ve called my bank. I’ve requested a refund through Apple. Here’s the sneaky thing, it doesn’t even show up in your Apple ID subscriptions. Only in the app it shows your subscribed. This app is sneaky BS and I want my money back. I haven’t even used the app yet because I’m trying to dispute charges.

i need the option to manually log my macros and meals that includes alcohol drinks instead of having my descriptions or photos analyzed

They don't have instructions, they also do not let us cancel the subscription. They also set up 5 stars the end. I do not give any star for this website.
