The latest app update doesn’t work on my older iPhone, most likely because I haven’t updated to the newest version of iOS. However, it should still be compatible with all devices.

Horrible customer support. BLATANT ROBBERY
My account was instantly locked after first deposit of 200 euros. Only AI automated reply when seeking customer support. No way to obtain a refund after weeks. Horrible customer experience. Blatant robbery.
Update: not a single follow up email after weeks.
I tries posting on krakensupport subreddit, but my post was immediately removed by mod(kraken support). Then they DM me telling me that my case was escalated. In reality, though, I never received any follow up email. I checked my mailbox multiple times daily including junk folder. It's been weeks, and I haven't received a single email from kraken or krak.
Whenever I leave a comment on reddit about my experience, It just get drowned out by a bunch of bots posting things like "Kraken is the best!" Kraken seems to be trying to silence real user by deleting posts and flooding comments with bots. It's absolutely disgusting.
