Ordered McDonald’s at 7:30p, got food at 9:30p. But they did get the order right.

Can’t create an account with a UK number. Gives UK numbers as an option but the confirmation SMS wont send.

I didn’t receive an item I ordered and opened a support ticket. It has been 10 weeks now and it still says “Kraven will pick this up soon”, yeah… right 🙄

Can’t enter credit card info
The app functions well, until I try and put in my credit card information. Every time I try to put in the expiration month and year it won’t take it. So I couldn’t proceed with my order. Just landed in the Bahamas without a car, took a taxi to the AirBNB and ready to get food delivered, but we will not be eating tonight. Ugh, so frustrating.

good app and the bahamas has been needing something like this for a longgg time. kinda laggy and could run a bit smoother buts it’s useable + needs a message feature so the option to text the driver is available as well as calling.

Sadly, your service has gone down hill. Continuous declines of orders due to “card stolen” etc is extremely frustrating. And you don’t reply to emails, nor do you provide a contact number!

Bad Service
Driver ate my food and I never got a refund. Customer service was horrible as well on the app
