What sense does it make to have so many drivers, but still have to wait an hour for your food? Why am I ordering from a location closest to me and the driver goes 30 minutes away from the location Everytime!!! After picking up the food!!!?? For the price to be so expensive for delivery this company is absolutely working backwards. The food is almost always cold. And the operation is just so slow because of the backward minds that people tend to work with. Every order I almost have to ask for a refund which is almost impossible because it’s so hard to get in contact with someone

Ordered McDonald’s at 7:30p, got food at 9:30p. But they did get the order right.
Not good for tourists
Can’t create an account with a UK number. Gives UK numbers as an option but the confirmation SMS wont send.
